The location is absolutely perfect if you are going to an event at the Toyota Center or the baseball field. It is just steps away from a very good restaurant called China Garden. And walking distance through a smallish parking garage from the Toyota Center. The valet staff were very polite and helpful, the front desk staff got us into our room quickly, and the morning staff working the free breakfast area were efficient and kept things stocked, even 30 minutes before the end of breakfast. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The cost of the valet is $58, which is not optional, as the hotel literally does not have open parking. I suppose it might be cheaper to park in the parking garage across the street. But the convenience of the valet made it an expense we decided to pay, even though it was a stretch. There are no coffee makers in the rooms, because they are so small. However, there is a coffee bar in the lobby.

The building is brand new and rooms are very comfortable

Not so much quietness, you can hear other room’s doors closing or people talking in the hallway. A housekeeper banged on my door at 8am asking if she could clean my room and if I still wanted to stay over, even though I had the “do not disturb” tag on the door and the checkout time is at 11am.

Everything felt luxurious which means we felt like royalty. The beds were comfortable like a cloud. Breakfast was excellent. Walkable distance to everything

The AC got the room cold by the day we were leaving. Had to use our own personal hotspots to play our games on our PlayStation as the wifi was not connecting at all to the servers

We stayed here because it was right next to the arena we were attending a concert at, and aside from also being right next to the parking garage to the arena, it was relaxingly quiet inside the room. I enjoyed sleeping in and not being woken up by loud noises or people walking and hauling their stuff up and down the halls.

Everything was good.

It is fresh and super comfortable. The staff are absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Will definitely recommend it to anyone. We have been through quite a few hotel stays on our trip, this rates in our top 3.

Very clean..Check in and check out were quick and efficient!

Went to breakfast about 9:20. Food was pretty much gone and no one was bringing out more. Breakfast wasn’t really included even though I was told it would be.

Just the location nothing not even convenience store walking distance very empty feelings I guess that’s the vibe in most of downtown Houston
