The breakfast was above par. Thoroughly enjoyed the variety of breakfast items that were offered. The scrambled eggs, sausage, and salsa were delicious. The different yogurts, fruits, and bread items were a tasty delight. The breakfast experience is better than most.

Every aspect of hotel accommodations was outstanding. My only negative issue was the room was noisy with either refrigerator in the kitchenette and the AC made a noise that woke us up at night. Hopefully the hotel will take notice and either repair or replace the noisy culprit.

It was convenient for our trip where we needed to be- the convention center. I’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and this was pretty normal. I’m pleased there were products in the shower. There sometimes isn’t.

The pool did not always have towels. The fold-out sofa in our king suite was not that comfortable.

Rooms are big and loved having a kitchen! The location was amazing for us and we could walk to our destination. Went for an Astros game and we could walk to ball park. Staff was nice especially the front desk and valet.

Valet parking is the only option and it's expensive at 55 per night. However, it is downtown so understandable.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. It was perfect walking distance from the convention center. Parking lot behind the hotel was priced decently. I will be returning next year.

Breakfast was great, staff friendly, the ladies maintaining the breakfast area - super nice. The suite was large and equipped with everything needed. Location - fantastic, lots of great restaurants around, everything walking distance. Loved this.

Everything was fine except the fact that I wasn’t able to take a warm shower the first morning of the business convention we had. Woke up at 5am, turned on the shower - no warm water. The front desk told me they would only have a maintenance person as early as 7.30-8am which was super late for me, had to leave at 7am already for the meeting. They offered me to go to another room and shower, but because of lack of time I showered in cold water. I was able to warm up some water in the kitchen and wash my hair in the sink. I think in all hotels there should be a maintenance person 24/7 in case of such emergencies.

I loved the entire room from the kitchen too the restroom it was awesome. The city view was amazing. Everything was clean and furnished. The lady at the bar I believe her name was Kay she had good customer service and made amazing drinks. The food was delicious I wish I had another stomach cause I wanted more but I was so full.

I didn't like how some of your staff was being very rude , disrespectful and discriminated towards my guests . Overall that was the only thing that messed up my trip.

I like how the room it set up with a separate living room and it was wonderful having a kitchen!

Supplied more dishwasher soap. We only had one to run a load. Asked for more and got one again. Iron had something sticky on it. Requested another iron and it did not work. 3rd iron again had something sticky on it.

Breakfast was awesome and so was our room, service was good too

In no fault of the hotel, our room faced the parking lot across the street and it was well after midnight when young people were reving their engines of cars and trucks and just loud noise and we couldn’t go to sleep. Cops should be out there and not allowing this.

The location is perfect ! Right in the centre so its very convenience. Room is spacious, staffs are nice and helpful. What could be improved is to add more variety of breakfast items.

Nothing. Maybe add more variety for breakfast. Especially for people who are vegan and halal dietery.
