Location, the property is clean and well maintained. Staff was professional and friendly.

The room was not thoroughly clean which was odd. The things that counted were clean but there were a few things I noticed.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were incredibly supportive and helpful specially ABIY at the front desk, so professional. The 1600 Bar + Grill is great, the breakfast magnificent, Woody, Juliet and Niurka are the most amazing people attending the guests, always giving their best every single minute. We loved our stay so much!!!

One detail to remark that in the middle of the night the air conditioner in the room was not cooling properly. But we didn’t say nothing about this issue.

I stayed here last year at the same time for the anime convention and it was not a pleasant stay and I was hesitant about staying here again this year but my daughter wanted this hotel because it was connected to the convention center. Well I will say my opinion has changed, this year we stayed a week instead of 4 days and it was amazing any issues I had a year ago did not exist this year I will be back at this hotel every year without a doubt. It was just an amazing service this year, and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you, Hilton. If i could give you 10 stars, I would.

The staff were amazing, even Valet offered us waters the first day and helped us look out for our uber. We requested towels and they were brought fast

My bed was slanted, almost as if the bed frame was broken or severely lopsided. Bed was still comfortable. I feel like tidiness and cleanliness and space of room could be better for the price. For example, crumbs under dresser and rust under sink pipes were visible

Excellent customer service, indoor pool, outdoor patio view of Houston on 24th floor, exercise room, and much more. Must see to appreciate. Every aspect of our stay at Hilton Americas-Houston from our room to the staff assisting us in every way during our stay was 5 stars. I highly recommend this Hotel to everyone. Save your money, call or book a stay online and prepare yourself for a real treat at one of the premier Hotels in the country.

This was my 3rd year in a row staying at the Hilton Americas in Houston and it gets better every year the staff is one of the most pleasant staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in and we travel quite a bit. We will definitely be returning year after year. Thank you Hilton👍👍👍👍👍

For me personal I would love for the beds to be softer but that's my personal preference other than that there is absolutely nothing I and we did not like.

Very comfortable beds, super quiet rooms. We asked for no feather pillows and they upgraded us to an amazing room with hypoallergenic everything and an air filter. The staff was all very helpful and kind and friendly. Beautiful hotel and the pool/rooftop area was beautiful and relaxing for us parents while the kids got to swim. Great location next to Toyota Center (we were here for a basketball game). There’s also a park a short walk away that was perfect for getting some energy out.

Overall everything was incredible. Probably the only thing we didn’t like was that the toilet was the loudest toilet ever so you woke anybody in your room up if you had to flush. Be advised.

There was a problem with either the soap or the water in the bathroom. Somehow, it felt as if soap was not dissolving and we couldn't get the "squeaky clean" feeling. Hope that makes sense. But other than that, no complaints

We were in town for a concert at the Toyota Center. The Hilton Hotel is right across the street from this venue, so we only had a short walk. Between the murals and the Root Family Memorial Park nearby, there are plenty of opportunities for photography and just taking in the views. The staff was beyond accommodating and genuinely pleasant to talk to. We will definitely be back.

We had no complaints! We had rainy weather while in town, but the Skywalk to the parking garage kept us dry.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this hotel. Usually convention center hotels are really tired* from constant use. The room was quiet and stylish and comfortable. Even general areas were very clean and nicely furnished. The hotel seems very upscale for the price point. Comparable to much more expensive options. The staff was attentive. WiFi connection was good so we could get some work done between events.

The parking situation could have been explained better- especially with convention and construction traffic surrounding the location.
