Location.. bedding was awesome, pillows were comfortable.

Security needed outside.. did not like the fact that while waiting for our valet or talking to the attendants, there were vagrants also standing at the attendants desk yelling obscenities to other people walking along the side walk.. the man was then later allowed inside and was bothering other patrons.

Room was clean. Overall comfortable bed, though I dislike when all 4 pillows are shams and overstuffed. Friendly staff, with prompt attention to issues Nespresso was nice in the room The barista machine downstairs was a great addition for a conference stay- loved grabbing a tea/coffee on my way out in the mornings to skip the crazy lines at the convention center!

Old building in need of renovations. Room felt dark and a little beat up with lots of scuffs on the walls, windowsills and door frames. The upgraded kitchenette had a non-functioning fridge and none of the lights in the kitchenette worked - though staff promptly brought me a mini fridge to put in the other corner of the room, it lacked some luster for an upgraded room. Hair drier with no attachments Minimal supplies in bathroom - no shower cap, cue tips, etc. just shampoo and conditioner, lotion and bar soaps. No supplies in kitchenette such as towel/paper towel/napkins, soap or sponge for the sink - did have basic silverware and dishes.

Nice hotel; standard facilities for a large US hotel. The large lounge area with free coffee/espresso/cappuccino is a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean.

On the lower levels there is some street noise, including a tram that likes to use a loud horn/warning signal when crossing the lights for some reason, but this is pretty standard for a downtown location. A more simple/affordable breakfast option would be great to complete the offerings.

I greatly appreciated the location, which is within walking distance to numerous attractions. Additionally, public transportation is readily available on Main Street, with tickets priced at $1.25 and valid for three hours, and services operate until 2am. Furthermore, transit inspectors are always present to provide assistance with any inquiries. My accommodations were exceptional, with a comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere. The room also featured a microwave and refrigerator. Moreover, the establishment offers water machines with refillable bottles, as well as complimentary coffee in the lobby. On-site dining options are also available. I would highly recommend staying here, given the reasonable pricing.

There was nothing I didn't like about this place that met my expectations and more.

I loved the location. It was within walking distance of the Toyota Center and many other nearby places. The staff was friendly and helpful. I like that guests have to check themselves in. Bed was pretty comfortable, and the room had the appliances I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel wasn't the cleanest. Everything beyond the lobby was very aged. Splashes of unknown liquids on the bathroom and hallway walls. Water stations had rust and mold on them. Complimentary toiletries were empty.

Excellent location, easy check in and out. The staff were quite pleasant and resolved a minor issue in our room in minutes. Nice room, a bit small, but comfortable with everything we needed.

Only one thing. The attached restaurant, Table 7 had excellent food for all meals. Grayson who was there every other day was excellent, however; there were 2 servers on other days that were not. My wife and I arrived before several other people and were not served drinks, menus and food before all the others. In fact we were the last to leave where at least 12 others had arrived after we did. We were there 1.5 hours and only had a cocktail, wine and our dinner.

The lady at the check in counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. What impressed me most was that she remembered my name when I arrived to check in, which was a pleasant surprise. To my delight, I was upgraded to a room with added amenities, including a microwave and a mini-fridge. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore local attractions and restaurants. The hotel offers a fantastic range of amenities. The complimentary beverages in the lobby were a nice touch, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The laundrette on-site was incredibly convenient. The inhouse restaurant offered a variety of delicious options, but I must highlight the signature salmon dish which was absolutely divine. The freshness and flavor of the ingredients were evident in every bite, making it one of the best meals I've ever had. The ambiance of the hotel is inviting with a stylish lobby and there are plenty of cozy seating areas to relax or meet with friends.

there were a couple of downsides to my stay. The walls were quite thin, which made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. Additionally, despite reminding staff several times, the shampoo and conditioner were not replenished during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Great tea and coffee making facility in the seating area at ground floor. Good cafe and bar area, although sometimes was very busy. Receptionist was very helpful and efficient. Upgrade to a superior room was very worthwhile. Complementary breakfast vouchers much appreciated!

Homeless people congregating at nighttime in the area and a few directly outside the hotel. None were aggressive but clearly very poor! Daytime traffic noise was noticeable but not a problem at night.

My room was comfortable and I really liked the bed. This is subjective and I don't like very soft beds. This is the third time I've stayed at this chain and one of my favourite things is the communal space where there is comfortable seating in different configurations with a coffee machine and cold still and soda water. It's nice to be able to spend some time out of your room. There is also an onsite free laundry, that includes washing powder. I didn't eat at the on-site restaurant, but I did get a drink and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for an easy walk to Minute Maid Park.

Great location, close to Minute Maid Stadium.. very clean. The restaurant in the hotel Table 7 had great food.. delicious! Also, I loved how they had a coffee bar for free in the lobby. The lobby area was very inviting to sit and relax.

The arrival at the front of hotel. The valet guys just standing there couldn't help with opening the door for me as I'm struggling with 2 suitcases. The hotel front doors are not automatic.. you need to open and are heavy. A guy from inside saw me struggling and ran over to the door to open it for me. Maybe they feel they are just valet employees and dont need to help guests .
