Great location if you need to be in or close to downtown. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a nice touch and the scrambled eggs were surprisingly tasty compared to many other similar hotel provided breakfasts. Also, good hot sauce/salsa selection. Only downside was that on-site valet parking (only option for hotel parking) can be pricey. But, there are lots and garages within a few blocks that are much less expensive. It was downtown and active at night. I did not find any of the street noise to be a problem, but if you need absolute quiet at night, bring earplugs

Close to the center of Houston downtown it was a perfect accomodation for our 4 days stay in Houston. The Hotel is friendly, clean, has a nice pool and other amenities. The breakfast was a good standard continental with enough space and friendly employees. Nothing to complain at all. We would book it again without hesitation.

The offered valet parking is expensive with 59$ per night. But there is lots of parking around for under 20$. So not a big problem.

There was no fry pan for the stove that I could find so that I can make my dinner. I’m sure I could have called down to ask for one, but I had to check in late and I was too tired to wait. I ended up eating a peanut butter sandwich and went to bed. Disappointing, but I lived to tell the tale. :-)

Great location Downtown close to several eateries.

Didn’t realize there were 3 hotels in one. After checking in and using valet to park vehicle we took the 1st elevator up. We ended up in wrong section which was not our hotel suite. Went downstairs and received better instructions from hotel clerk on where to go.

The room looked new. The staff went above and beyond. The location was near my conference venue.

The food for one breakfast was not good. The hot options were a crustless quiche that didn't taste good, a bell pepper omelet (not a fan of bell peppers), and turkey sausage that looked green and under cooked. I kept trying to eat until I started feeling nauseous. The next morning was MUCH better. There was plain scrambled eggs, sausage that was the right color and looked cooked, and waffles. I ate happily that morning.

Right from the start our valet Freddie was fabulous! Friendly and conversational. We felt well taken care of. Front desk associate was so friendly and made check in a breeze. The hotel was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to our show at the House of Blues.

Yes parking is $50 a night but that’s standard for downtown Houston. Yes there is city noise, to be expected. Only 1 trash can in the whole room but no big deal.

The free breakfast was welcome, and I think it included a good range for all tastes. The location was fantastic for me - my RedCoach bus dropped me off at the door, and the Astroville Walking Tour of the Tunnels left from the Starbucks at the same location. The Receptionist was able to direct me to an ATM in the hotel reception around the corner which was very helpful.

The latest late check out I could get was an hour later so I elected to book an extra night so I could stay until 6pm when my taxi was booked to take me to the airport.

The lady that booked us in was so sweet. She went above and beyond. The breakfast was really good, huge selection of food and everything was so fresh. Every staff member we encountered was always so friendly.

The room was clean food was good staff was friendly environment was quite nice guest no problems at all loved my stay will refer and would love to see you again in the future

The pool could have been deeper and could have stayed open longer for adults but good for children so I won't complain to much

I would have to say that it doesn’t have a parking lot, and the valet ( excellent staff very friendly though ) that offers it’s a bit pricing, but other than that everything was great!
