The staff was the greatest company! Very kind and helpful! They also had a shuttle bus that ran from 8 am to 5 pm. Every hour on the hour. It’s suggested to be in the front lobby five minutes til the hour. The shuttle only travels up to 3 miles. You can call any time for them to pick you up when you are ready but keep in mind that you may have to wait. It was a great location and service having surgery close by.

The handicapped room I really needed on the first floor, the A/C was broken and no other handicapped rooms were available. I was put on the second floor and the toilet was extremely low to the ground to use and the bedroom had its own room so it was cut off from getting good A/C also and had no fan. The hallways smelled funky and you could tell the place needed some detail cleaning and the pool was shut down by mandate. I was a little disappointed but the kind staff and convenience of location for surgery was nice.

Location

Icemaker broke again. Maintenance said it was fixed and NEVER made a piece of ice. No coffee pot, no toaster. I let them know at check out and answer was I’m sorry. Last stay, icemaker didn’t work, they changed out and had 6pieces ice next morning. A/C didn’t work and they changed out.

Great value, very comfortable for a month long stay. Friendly personable staff. Didn’t seem crowded even when full. Had privacy. Free laundry facilities.

Had to re-request maid service a couple times . Some of the gym machines were out of order, but most worked well.

The toilet kept running, no pool, no coffee in lobby, only had decaffeinated coffee in room.

Very convenient for Medical Center appointments. And check in staff was extremely polite.
