Front desk staff and manager were eager to assist with anything, which resulted in our extending our stay. Very quiet, and we liked the "old school" layout of the buildings, which gave privacy. Easy to get clean towels for a multi-day stay! The included breakfast buffet had hot food and was excellent.

Because this is not a new property, it wasn't built with enough electrical outlets. The plug-ins designed to accommodate multiple cords were unsightly and lamps were flickering often. Suggest investing in power strips that would be stationary and possibly hidden on the floor. Our room had plumbing issues with slow-draining lavatory, tub, and leaking shower head connection that reduced water pressure when showering.

My husband and I went to Houston for a doctors’ appointment. The location was perfect for doctors appointments at the VA hospital. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. It’s amazing that one of the staff members had been working there over 14. That tells me a lot about her and her job and still is very nice.

The exterior appearance. I am aware of the climate changes recently. I suggest just a power wash only. Just to make it look fresher.

It was pretty good. Certainly enough choices. The little lady running it was great. Nice, accommodating kept it clean

It’s an old propert so a bit shabby. The water pressure for showers was weak. The tub floor had worn so it was slick and some falls might be in the future

The property is in a great location; super close to the NRG Stadium about a 10min walk. Staff was very nice and friendly. It’s right off the highway. Pool was decent, kids had fun in it. Breakfast was good! Beds were comfy

A/c took a while to cool the room during the day, felt abit warm

During the week it shows low prices on the website and when u go to book a room the rates are higher,i would like to get discounts from time to time since ive spent a few dollars staying at yalls hotel,thank you in advance,but overall its a nice place to stay

Great for the price! Great for a very old property; staff is very helpful & courteous; on one trip, my room was on second floor; staff helped me get my bags to the room.

Staff friendly and available. The room had two bathrooms which was perfect for your group of four. Convenient location to the concert stadium. Were able to walk there.

The ac unit appeared to have some mold on it. I told the front desk person.

It was clean the staff was nice, breakfast was decent, location was amazing. And the girl with the clear nose piercing (don’t remember her name) she was the sweetest gem.. I will definitely book here again

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered good choices and was good tasting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The building itself is out dated and needed a little fixing up.

Staff was very accommodating. My car broke down and they let us stay in the room a little later than usual check out provided a shuttle for my doctors visit went far away beyond thank you
