The bed was so comfy. The housekeeper was very nice and patient. The office staff was very eager to fix any issues promptly.

Location, great friendly staff, clean property

The pool was shut down due to county of San Bernardino findings so we’re not able to cool off during this heat wave !🥲🥲the Wi-Fi is really really bad I can’t connect our phones and my laptop due to always buffering and not work almost never everyday!

That the TV always have good movies and it has nice comfortable beds with memory foam pillows and the big fridges are good too the freezer works great and gets drinks cold real fast

That the toilets keep getting clogged up and the shower water pressure low

I was a bit hesitant about getting a room in this area..especially because you hear stories..but I liked the location the staff was nice Easy check in/out Location is great next to movies to in n out a bit down the road there's food 4less Would definitely get a room here again

I should of asked for a room downstairs since I have a bad hip but I managed...over all no complaints

We did not have breakfast. But we did go out to different places to eat.

Seeing so many homeless on the streets and so many drug addict people out there.

due to the location of the property it’s hard to get away from the crime and homeless and prostitution. there is always someone fighting or arguing about something!!!

I really like that this hotel is super close to the NOS center, every rave this location throws we are there & we always stay at studio 6. We love that this hotel keeps up with maintenance, rooms are very nice & the prices are great!!

Blankets were too thin, pillows are super flat uncomfortable

The property was beautiful all around!! Jerad was AMAZING with my families needs he went out of his way to help make our stay as perfect as possible

Getting locked out of the front door and the ice machines are way to far away from everything (add them near the elevator)

We love staying here because of how close it is to the NOS center, we always attend raves at the NOS so staying here is always a must. Staff is super nice, rooms are clean & the area is close to food & shopping centers.

There's nothing to dislike.

The people who run the motel are very accommodating & respectful. This has been my 3rd time staying here for a festival no complaints what so ever. I like that the city is starting to develop more restaurants instead of fast food joints. Very close to the NOS event center.
