Breakfast was Thai options but plenty to choose from. The dining area was lovely with the option of inside or out over looking the sea. Rooms were a big size with a seating area as well as the bed area, plenty of room for storage and shelving options. Balcony was a little small mainly being able to stand and not seating. Shower pressure was good depending on how many other people were showering in the hotel. We liked the location and enjoyed the walk from hotel through the village and fish market to the lovely beach and tree lined area to sit in the shade. Approx 25mins away. Plenty of food options in that area for eating during the day, closing around 6pm. Food for the evening was located along the main road out of village near the supermarkets and ATM’s, most restaurants closed around 10pm. Prices in these restaurants were cheaper than along the beach front.

The bell from the lift was quite loud and could be heard from the room even tho we were not located right next to it. There are also metal ramps that join the blocks together. If you were located by them the noise from suitcases and cleaners trollies were loud.

The hotel is huge, but when we went there was only about 20 other people, so it was bliss, really quiet and relaxing. The Seaview rooms are well worth the little bit extra, not only for the view, but the Mountain View don’t get the sun. Shower is good and staff are lovely, especially the older gent who works the breakfast shift.

Bed not the best, and rooms painted (not very well) in a random pattern which is echoed on furniture, sofa was badly stained, and no patio chairs, so had to use the one from inside, so had to take turns sitting on balcony. Breakfast is basic, and cooked to order when hotel is quiet. Hotel is actually a fair distance from anywhere, and you have to walk about 500m to find somewhere to access beach, and as it’s in middle of nowhere, it’s harder to get a grab.

Some problem with ceramic covered nearby swim pool(showers area). I just walked slowly but slided a bit by my foot. Not big problem, small blood but ....not everyone can smile for....when you LL renovate it please change this ceramic to some unslide one. Khrap😀

We both got chest coughs both times after going in the pool. Maybe it was the water, I am not sure.

I liked the design ,even though it’s a old hotel they have given it a makeover with bright colors,I got ungraded and the shower was good quality and the bed comfortable

The location was great, shops and beach nearby. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day, it catered for my European needs and my wife’s Thai preferences. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the fitness room and pool were perfect.
