The reception staff are the first people most of us see when checking in and I think it gives the first impression of what the hotel will be like, so first impression was great, the 2 girls were smiling and very polite, no problem with anything I wanted to know, I went up to my room and that was great too, nice and clean, a lovely comfy bed and a great shower too, the next morning we went down to breakfast to be greeted by a lovely young smiling girl who took our order and about 5 minutes later it came, that was also very nice with a choice of thai or American breakfasts, outside the hotel there are lots of lovely little places to eat and have a quiet drink, I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you are using suvanabhumi airport as it's only 15 mins in a taxi, a great hotel with great staff.

Our stay at this hotel was truly pleasant. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the location was perfect for our trip. ​Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. A special thanks to Achi, who was particularly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. His professionalism and warmth made a lasting impression. ​I highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful team.

iChapter is an excellent hotel and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided assistance beyond what we would normally expect. The rooms are big and comfy. Quiet aircon, TV with English language channels, fast wifi, good bathroom, and daily service. The breakfast is good value as well. It is just 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and restaurants and supermarkets are just a couple of minutes walk away. Thanks to the staff for making our stay so memorable, we will certainly be back.

The hotel is great, nice clean rooms, excellent staff, the girls on reception are 1st class, nothing is a problem for them, always helpful, happy and smiling, breakfast is good, nice staff in there too, lots of shops and restaurants right outside, but still quiet in the room, the airport is 15/20 minutes away, £6 in a bolt taxi, 3rd time of stayed here and it'll be my first choice in future too.

Nice clean Chinese hotel. Others complain the hotel and the surrounding area are for Chinese tourists. While true there is no reason a westerner should not stay here. One gets the impression we are treated even better.

The lobby and hallway decor are quite nice but the theme does not extend to the rooms. They are adequate but more basic.

We spent 1 night in Bangkok and this was the best choice we could have made :) Only 20 mins from BKK International Airport The pool is beautiful, quiet, prices very reasonable and most importantly this place is owned by a super friendly and helpful guy Highly recommended!

We only stayed for a night before departure, so we did not even use (and see) the pool that looks great on pictures. But the rooms were clean and spacious, beds large and comfortable, and the staff was kind enough to wait for us when we arrived after midnight. Great many thanks for that!

I only noticed that the hotel has indicated a very narrow window of time from 14:00 to20:00 for check in when it was too late. For a moment I was afraid that we would have to sleep on the street. I wrote a note to reception and when we arrived some staff members were waiting for us and helped to check in. Everything was ok, but do pay attention to the check in time to avoid unpleasant surprises. The hotel is close to the airport, but the traffic around it is very busy, so plan some extra time if you are going to drive there.

It was nice and had a clean aesthetic, the staff were very lovely and kind. My room was big and comfortable and the maid would make my bed every morning.

The balcony view wasn’t the greatest and the shower water pressure was very slow.

It's the second time I've stayed here and it was just as good as the first time, the girls on reception are lovely and always smiling and polite, as are all the staff too.
