The breakfast were delicious and plentiful. Staff very friendly. As we were on the 7th floor, it was quiet, so had a peaceful nights sleep.

The shower head was obviously broken and had been fixed with what looked like tape, however, it didn’t really work, as the water sprayed everywhere! Still, there was plenty of hot water, and that’s the main thing! Unusually there was a bathtub, which suited my husband, as he loves a bath, however, for those with mobility issues, thus might be a problem having to step over the side of a bath to have a shower.

The Staff at the Carnation hotel were friendly and professional . The room was very nice , clean and comfortable . The location was nice between the airport and The city . The price was a good value .

The only negative issue was the noise from other guest in the hallway , loud voices could be heard in your room . A good practice would be to put signs on each floor informing new guest to respect other guest by being quiet in the hallways .

we are family of 3, stayed for several days in Bangkok. i would like to say, that im absolutely satisfied with Carnation Residence. we had a late check in (around 1 am) and this time was approved by management, everything was easy and smooth during the late check in. A room was really clean. hotel staff was really kind and helpful, we had some questions about printing documents, taxi order and check out 1 day earlier (because of urgent business) so even we got a 1 day refund without any request! i'm really thankful to management and all the staff. Furthermore - the cafeteria was good, we had traditional Thai food and european food during the breakfast. one day we used a swimming pool, everything was ok. So absolutely satisfied with this Residence!

maybe location is not so good, but 7/11 is near and it's easy to have a taxi from hotel to city center.

Great option to stay on your way to/from the south: easy and free of toll road, 7-11 is 2 minutes walking, we had a room with 2 bedrooms, living room and really huge balcony (however, no furniture at all there). Breakfast is enough to choose something.

It is dirty at open terraces and near the pool because of pigeons (a lot of them)

Cleanliness, friendliness, breakfast, price, perfect! for the price, there is no better hotel than this one. However, the only thing that is a bit disappointing is that it is a quiet place. I signed a contract for one month right away.

Very happy to be staying in a relative new hotel at such an attractive rate, with breakfast provided. Breakfast was a variety of American breakfast and Thai porridge. The coffee was great! Can't ask for anything more at such a price!

The cafeteria closed too early, hahaha. Should specify what time is the last order.

I liked how clean it was and the building was pleasant and nice. Breakfast being provided was a huge plus!

It was a bit inconvenient that we had to ask for a hair dryer, plates and cutlery from the reception. There was also no ironing board.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Bangkok little effort to get to BTS but worth it quite not busy rooms a big and clean only one thing I found wrong there was no English Channel on the TV but I will stay every time I’m in Bangkok

Breakfast was ample. Bed was good, room was immaculate and the staff very efficient and friendly. I appreciated the shuttle bus to the BTS station as the road is very busy around there. The main road is a rat-run for motorbike taxis. Be careful!

The internet connection simply would not work at all. I gave up.
