The place was decent, the staff cleaned and changed the towels daily or every time when asked. Even though the place is old, they tried keeping it in a good condition, clean, the place is in a quiet area, didn’t encounter a lot of noise, besides the walkie talkies in the morning from then staff. Overall I had a good stay.

Location, turns out it’s very far from any tourist attraction, that’s my fault for not doing my research. The place is a bit run down, the floor is bad shape the shower has a lot of rust spots. The Superior Twin Room’s AC position is so bad.. it blows directly on the bad, not a good experience with that… bad design

The location is nice - it's not central but there's a BTS station nearby. Our room was huge, too. Service was very friendly and attentive throughout, and the price was great.

The hotel is showing its age a little, e.g. the A/C is a little noisy and some surfaces could use a little renovation. The bed was quite hard, which depending on your preferences is either a positive or a negative.

The staff was friendly and polite, showing willingness to help enquiries. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend for people to stay at this hotel. It has easy transport links to go places, for example BTS udom suk is only a short walk, also a free shuttle service to mega bangna.

Only thing I didn't appreciate but is very negligible and nit picky is the freezer in the fridge is too small and can't hold ice-cream.

Very polite and helpful receptionist miss Tammy I am not sure if that's the right name She also paid for my taxi as when I arrived I didn't have much Thai money Later we settled it Gave me a good room and suggested good eating outlets.

The room was huge, with a bedroom separate from the lounge dining area and two air cons and balconies. It was clean and comfortable with modern furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay (it was my 2nd time back!) and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Lily is so clean. No any smell. Staff were friendly and good English.Foods were also good.

The accommodations were spacious, impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally gracious. This was my second stay there, and I intend to return for more.

Location doesn't have much to do but it's very peaceful if you're looking for a quiet time to relax.

nice location which is nearby the city center. for a tourist like me, have easy access to the Udom Suk BTS Station to travel anywhere I want around the Bangkok City. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bangkok

For me personally, the hotel should provide early check in with an early update from the guest so the guest would not have to wait until 2pm for the check in as some guest will be bringing large luggage that is not easy to roam around with

The staff at this hotel was so friendly and accommodating. I extended my initial reservation multiple times and they allowed me to keep the same room. The room was large, which I liked. There's a very good cafe down the street (La Mesa Cafe - check them out; awesome food and great coffee) as well as two 7-11's with all of your basics. The Skytrain is also very close by, which makes getting into central Bangkok easy and affordable. Recommended if you're on a budget!

Unfortunately some of the hotel's amenities, such as the fitness center and pool were closed due to covid-19 and there's no restaurant at the hotel (other than breakfast).
