Everything was very clean, the staff was super friendly, the coffee they offered was free! The comfortable room, a bit noisy since the hotel is next to a highway. When we arrived we realized that the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, so we wanted to move from place, the staff helped us manage the reservation with booking to cancel what we had paid, they returned all the money and did not do any extra charge for cancellation. We really appreciate the attention and the management, since everything was very fast :)

The location, actually there was nothing nearby, except a 7-eleven but not with much variety to buy. Only that, the rest was great!

Close to BITEC Bangna, clean room, good price

The hotel had a 7/11 adjacent to it so that was really convenient. The rooms were well maintained and kept cleaned just like in the photos. The complimentary tea facilities every morning was really wonderful to have. Can just buy from 7/11 and have a nice cuppa of hot chocolate/cappuccino etc with it.

Would have been nice to have a microwave or electric kettle inside the room :)

The lovely, smiling, helpful and caring staff. The consistency of quality when staying at a Hop Inn anywhere. You always know what to expect, and that is a very comfortable stay with no surprises.

Shower drain was very slow to drain, thus you shower standing in a pool of water. Small cockroach on the wall, but it was only 1 and I put it outside. However these are just small things.

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Good value for money and would use these hotels again. The hotel is further out of the main Sukhumvit area than I would prefer. It's a 25 minute walk to the BTS along a main road, which I hadn't quite appreciated when booking. Hotel is very clean and very good value for money.

All necessary items are provided at a value for money stay, beds are comfortable, took 2-3 minutes and I could fall asleep.

there is enough parking space, but some times when I am returning at night, it seems dificult to find parking space and the security guard would assist us to park infront of another car. it was uncomfotable

The bed was comfortable if you need a dryer have to inform the reception with a 100-baht (cash) deposit. Staffs were nice and also near the BITEC exhibition 2~3mins with motorcycle

There is not enough space for parking, have to wake up early around 6~7am in the morning to move the car ..

The room was clean, modern and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

More bathmats or towels should be provided, as the bathroom floor gets very wet after showers, and it soaks the one thin bathmat provided very easily!

Special shoutout to the manager, she ensured that the language barrier wasn't a problem and was always happy to help. The property delivers on everything it promises, perfect for people who are travelling solo or on budget. Highly recommend.

No locker, wardrobe, or dental kit available in the room but I guess it's okay at the price point they offer.
