Large room with bath tub and plenty of storage space. Appreciate the microwave and washer/dryer unit in the room which is very useful for long term travellers. The shuttle to BITEC runs every half an hour and is very convenient for those attending events there. There is a 7-Eleven and a good coffee shop (Nana Coffee Roasters) within walking distance of the hotel.

The bedding could have been more comfortable - comforter felt a little thin

We liked the big fridge and microwave, good air-conditioning system, comfortable bed, big tv with many channels, safe, swimming pool and gym We also liked the big free parking area

We did not much like the walking distance from restaurants altho there is a 7 eleven close by but it is a narrow walk thru to arrive to it. Anyhow you can use Grab / taxi or your car to go to places

We liked the atmosphere and good service from the staff. We also liked that there is a big fridge and a microwave The swimming pool and gym are good

The distance from places, altho they have shuttle service every hour or so

The whole stay was great, the building looked high end and the cars at the parking garage were mostly luxury cars so this will tell you a lot.

The wifi was quite slow especially on the first 2 days, there was almost no internet. But I actually bumped into the owner and he asked if there was anything I needed. I mentioned about the wifi issue and after an hour it was resolved.

Location for the convention centre was excellent and even better to find a free shuttle bus went to there and the local BTS station. Good cafes nearby. The apartment was enormous and aircon very powerful.

The staff were very accommodating and always pleasant. The rooms have washing machines. Pleasant neighborhood.

Would like to have had a room on the street side of hotel.

The rooms were perfect. Good place of you travelling with family. Staff at the reception can communicate in English and they are very helpful.

Place is a bit far from the Centre but we were OK as we were traveling with kids.

Location and friendly staffs

Some cigarettes smell in the bathroom. Possibly from previous guests who skip the policy and did smoke in the bathroom.

The room accommodation was good. The hotel staff are courteous and accommodating. The service is good.

No service to pick from BITEC. Or service to pick up from Bang Na Station

Great to have the entire apartment to ourselves (with family). Each room had its own AC

One room was leaking from the ceiling during the rain storms which happened often.
