We stayed while attending a sports event at Pattana School. The location is 550m from the front gate of the school which is 150m up a small soi and 400m along the road past a Amazon Coffee, a 7-11 and a good Pork and sticky rice stand. We got the 3 bedroom suite so the kids had their own rooms and we had a huge room for ourselves. The extra space is great w 3 teens. The pool is good enough for a dip after a day out but you wouldn't want to spend the whole day there. The gym is VERY basic but with imagination you could get a workout in. The 2 treadmills look ok but I didn't try them. Good size fridge. Good air-conditioning. Hot showers. Beds firm but not rock solid. There is a selection of nice restaurants at the end of the small soi. We'll stay here every time we have an event at Pattana.

There isn't any cutlery or plates in the cupboards but they will bring you some if you ask for it.

The suite was spacious, clean, comfortable and the pantry facilities were good. Microwave, fridge and utensils available. Perfect if you need to be around this area.

Had the buffet spread and wasn't impressed. Overall it was good although furnishings are a little dated.

It’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s the loveliest little hotel with wonderful staff. It’s clean and spacious and our family enjoyed our stay there. Bang Na mall is right there and has great food options.

It is a charming older condominium. Big rooms, all good overall. Some areas closed now. But good value for money if you need to be in this area.

It is a bit older and some maintenance issues in the common area but pool and gym and everything in the room worked well.

That area(near hotel) is not super fancy neighborhood. However, their kindness compensate everything!! We were 14 people having an event at BITEC, and staid there for one week. Breakfast was great, they made some variation every morning. They run shuttle for us whenever we need between 7:30~5:30(pm). We booked 3 of 3bed rooms suite(for 14people), abd one of it didn’t have a washing machine. So I asked, then they set it up! The best thing is that they took care of our luggages for 6days while we were having vacation in Phuket for free!!! As I said, we had an event at BITEC, so we’ve been working so hard(16hours per day). After the event, I booked some vacation for my crews. The thing was our luggages for the event were too heavy to load(flight for Phuket). I asked to the hotel manager to see if they can hold it for us, then they said ‘Yes’ with big smile!! They are the nice people I’ve ever seen. I strongly recommend!!

There some ants in our room. I asked them to do something, and I am sure they did. Less ants than before.

Location was perfect, for an event at the Patana school, rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. There is also a good selection of restaurants less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. Staff were helpful if we had any questions.

No issues, it is quite far from city centre, but anyone picking this place would be aware of this. A grab to the centre / grand palace is about 10 - 15 USD and takes around 50mins

Breakfast was disappointing-we only had iy booked for our first night (Thursday) and when booking Friday to Sunday-luckily -we could not have the breakfast included in it.

Wifi was a little slow -lots of short bufferings in important parts of movies! Aircon in master bedroom was very noisy - and there was a loud hum heard in both bathrooms -we were told- from a fan!

I felt like in my Datcha in Syberia. The same nostalgia. Except for the very small walls. But it's good. I like when my house-staff can hear my copulation.
