The staff, facilities, room service, and value for money are great.. Also, the elevator works really well and fast, and I had plenty of parking

Spacious rooms and super friendly and helpful staff. Nice area with swimmingpool and weights for lifting was great. Nice café seeking a good cappucino too ☕️

Not much to speak off really. I was a bit disappointed with the balcony. Calling it that would be an exaggeration. It was more like a little cage for the aircon that you could squeeze yourself out into. The neighbourhood itself seems to be undergoing changes. A bit far out on the Sukhumvit Line. But you reach the centre easily and quickly on the Sky Train 👍🏻

Our Stay at Brighton Hotel Bangkok was excellent.. we got a early check-in (no extra cost).. Everything was well organized.. hotel staff is excellent.. we really enjoyed the comfort of the hotel.. breakfast was good.. next time or rather everytime we come to Bangkok, we will stay at Brighton Hotel..

Staff were very welcoming and efficient. My room was spacious and clean with wide glass windows. It has a kitchenette with big fridge and microwave.

Some lamps were busted. I hope they will change it with daylight luminescence LED lamps because its quite dark at night time. It takes time also before the water on the floor in the bathroom to drain.

Excellent facility. Rooms are very spaciousness and very clean . highly recommended for family stay. Staff are very kind and helpful. Mini pantry with Microwave is available in the room. Swimming pool is excellent . Buffet breakfast consisting of several dishes is highly recommended. lot of restaurant's with 7 Eleven are available around the hotel

The staff were wonderful; helpful and Thai-courteous. My room was larger than many I have encountered over the many years that I have been traveling to Bangkok. The WiFi was super fast.

Two things were annoying. 1. The remote to the air conditioner did not work properly. It could turn on and turn off, but adjusting the temperature was difficult. As I have lived in SEAsia for many decades I do not enjoy "arctic" temperatures. 2. TV. There are hundreds of channels available, but only a very small number providing English, and those were not of much value for entertainment, and as English language news programs tend to repeat themselves every 30 minutes...thankfully I could access more on my laptop. The location is a bit out of the way, but if you are comfortable and knowledgeable about moto transport, then it is OK. If you like to have you daily 10,000 (or more) steps, then it is perfect.

Rooms big and clean. Breakfast very tasty with good decent spread. Shuttle service during my stay to BITEC in the morning.

Only stayed one night, had a Junior Suite. Spacious, big shower and bath, had kitchen facilities and fridge freezer. Payed about £70 for one night. Room had a small balcony. Room wasn't spotlessly clean but was acceptable.

The small pool was sort of indoors, which was disappointing as we wanted to catch some rays! Although, If you want a swim without being exposed to the sun, then the pool is perfect!

Really spacious apartment, well laid out. Big beds, loads of amenities. Handy location Friendly helpful staff. The lady on evening reception was outstanding, hardworking and really pleasant. Excellent street restaurant bar nearby doing lovely Thai food.

A few things needed maintenance but nothing we worried about.

Everything was great, the rooms are huge, clean.. I had two bathrooms in my room, some sort of a kitchen, a nice big bed, a desk.. Exactly what I needed , perfect for a short stay in Bangkok . Staff were also very nice at all the times.
