No breakfast including but there is Inthanin cafe that has coffee, breakfast or meal at the 1st floor. Plus, some cafe near by just walk for 7 min. (call Lay & Lu cafe - the french toast is very nice) So convenient for me as i want a good level desk for work+ just go down stair to grab some coffee. Also, near by is convenient store 7-11. It's just like heaven for pick up some beer after work at the room. The parking area also OK but a bit small, luckily - not much car parking when i stay here

1. Bed - this is number one thing that i need to complain. it is too soft and hurt my back. 2. Old facilities - Normally, I am always OK with the old stuff as long as it is functional, but, some items (I am repeat - just some items) in the room is broken and A/C is unstable for giving the temperature. In general, some maintenance is needed.

Quiet area & Hotel close to BTS station. Cleaners and reception staff very professional.

Decor needs updating as paint is literary coming off the walls in some places in my room and AC unit is very loud.

Café on ground floor for Breakfast (lunch also). Easy walk to True Digital for large selection of eating venues (use the metro walkways, safer than uneven footpath). Metro/railway station nearby.

Be careful with traffic when walking around. Bangkok is BUSY at street level!

It’s actually really 6-min walk to the BTS station. Also clean. Room has blackout curtains. Shower room is spacious. Basic cutlery but not for cooking.

I agreed to some comments saying the furnitures looked old. But, it’s still in a good & clean condition. We were placed in the front unit, hence could hear vehicle sounds in the morning.

Top location - close to public transportation or just get yourself a taxi! 7/11 just around the corner and also some Thai Kitchens in that Soi! Café spot right in the building. Room was clean, easy access! Great spot when visiting Bangkok and you don't wanna stay in the middle. Easy to get to the CBD.

Air Con was quite loud.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Good location, close to BTS line, 7-eleven next door and some local resaturants just across the street.

The only bad thing was the VERY loud air conditioning – staff tried to help us by finding another room but unfortunately the air conditionings were also loud there too.

Unexpectedly exceptional. Wide room with good comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Enough space for parking. The room is bigger than expected. Compared to the price and location with other hotels, this is one of the best valued.

It was close to BTS. There are some places, restaurants where you can walk to, 7-11 next to hotel.

Overall still a good experience , not very noisy Bed is comfort, toilet is clean, Staff is friendly, especially the lady receptionist (Ean), helpful and friendly

Location, cleanliness, and the staff were wonderful!
