Very spacious and nice apartment, in walking distance to BTS and lots of Cafés and Restaurants around. I would stay here again.

Corners (under desk and dressing table) could have been cleaner. Staff was a bit hit and miss, some of them very helpful and friendly some not so much. Property charged me 1000THB deposit saying it was policy, but upon checking I could not find it. Not a massive issue, but make people aware of it.

The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. Housekeeping was everyday and always topped up 2water bottles a day. Laundry is down stairs in the ground floor, 7-11 is only a few steps away as well as other places to eat and drink. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall I actually enjoyed my stay and felt very safe for a first time solo traveller.

When I arrived I wanted to take a shower but the shower spray wasn't working properly as it was just dripping in bits but the next morning it was working not at a full strength but enough to wash yourself and shower. The gym is abit outdated, very oldschool back in the day's but still usable. The swimming pool is more for kid's to swim as it's not deep its only knee high or bottom waste high. So I didn't get to use the pool. The shower area is quite run down so it needs abit of an upgrade or renovation.

The 2 bedroom suite is really great. Huge area and very clean and cozy. We stayed in 8th floor. It was amazing room😊

They let us checked in 2.30 instead of 1-2pm check in. But not that long to wait a bit fine. Swimming pool area is at the rooftop of other building but lift isn’t working. We have to use stairs to the last floor same height of 8th floor 😅. Last thing is, the next morning we went to go swimming I ask again for the key of the swimming pool area. She can’t find the key. Then we thought it’s open. So we went up to the rooftop but the door is locked 😅. I need to went down again just to get the pool key. Then I wait a bit long. They should know everything about what’s happening. They should have duplicate of the key. Sorry, but it’s not that easy to go up then go down, then go up again to the rooftop.

the one and only problem was the slow internet.

It was a central location and quieter at night. The pool was lovely for a quick night time swim. The room was big and allowed our family to sprawl out a bit. The staff were very welcoming and kind. Dan went above and beyond to help problem solve some travelling difficulties my family was encountering. We are so thankful for his listening ear and all the kindness he showed to us. Thank you Dan!!

Spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff. Great location close to Digital Park and a 10 minute walk to BTS station. Good value for the space.

Couch in the unit is very old and probably should be replaced. Music from venue next door but staff was accomadating and switched us to another room and it was not an issue in the the new room

The staff were extremely helpful. We stayed in BKK for 5 nights, before our trip to Istanbul and back to Greece. We had to pack our luggage, do some laundry , last shoppings etc. They also upgraded us and allow us to have late check out. The place is ideal!! Room was spacious with balcony and comfy bed. In addition, they had to send me something urgent via courier and the girls at the reception collect the folder safely for me. Thank you Golden Pearl

The Gym hasn’t air conditioning

Nice comfortable hotel for those happy to stay a little further out along Sukhumvit Road, with some decent restaurants an bars nearby. The staff here are super friendly and really great. They contacted me promptly when they discovered I left a valuable item behind in the room. It was waiting for me at reception the next day. Big thanks to everyone at the Golden Pearl!

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms very clean, spacious and comfortable. Quiet and clean location.
