The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Sukhumvit not very far from the BTS and 7/11 stores. The cleanliness if of top quality. Staff is positive, respectful and approachable. Gives the feeling of a studio appartment. Cabs and two wheeler cabs come to the hotel doorstep. BTS is approx 400-500 m walk and one can reach anywhere in a matter of minutes avoiding the traffic snares. Overall a great experience.

I liked almost everthing about the hotel especially that the tarriff was very reasonable considering the good quality of the hotel rooms and the outmost friendly staff. The only issue i faced was communicating with some in English but not at the reception

The rooms were very clean and it was also very quiet. The staff were polite, friendly and did anything to assist when asked.

I’m a light sleeper and found the beds a little too firm but grew accustomed to it, eventually. Location was a little remote but I knew that before I booked.

At first, building looks abit rundown with crack repair lines. i think it could used a new paint. But dont get fooled by the outside, the room itself looks like new unit. Clean, and good enough for you to rest comfortably. If your someone who likes to nitpick every single thing, this place might not be for you. For me, its perfect.

Dedicated motorbike parking. I know most people either use public transport, walk or drive but i would be nice still to have a few dedicated motorbike parking. I know bike can just park anywhere but it would be nice to have an actual parking area for bike so i dont look like a douch for parking at a car park area/box.

The staff were really good. Be it the staff at reception or the housekeeping staff, they were all very friendly, respectful and welcoming. Appreciate their service. Good wifi. Quiet, clean and peaceful.
