I stayed here for almost a whole month (28 days). The location was perfect for enjoying the local street food, and it was only a 12 minute walk to the main road and another 5 minutes to the udom suk BTS station. Plenty of dining choices and easy to get around. Just a nice quiet budget friendly place to stay. The Host/manager was very helpful and friendly. All in all I was very happy with my stay.

I absolutely loved this guesthouse! The staff were incredibly friendly and understanding, even letting me use my ID card as a deposit when I didn’t have cash. They were always willing to help with anything I needed, like providing a hair dryer on request. The location is perfect, with 7-11, street food, salons, and more nearby, making it easy to get around. I initially booked for 2 nights but loved it so much I extended to 3. It truly feels like home, with comfy beds and a welcoming atmosphere. The owner is so kind and attentive, ensuring all your needs are met. They even saved me when I needed to print a document urgently they have a printer on-site, which is a huge plus for anyone with business needs. I have nothing bad to say about this place!

Stayed here for two nights. Easy to check in and collect key and pass for main door - Room was decent - clean, shower worked well, had a microwave so 7/11 tasties to be cooked, and tea/coffee/water on offer. Bed was well comfy, very comfortable in fact - had a good nights sleep both nights. Location was not too bad, not a million miles away from all the action and some good shops/restaurants nearby. Was affordable too So all in all very happy with my stay here.

It’s cute, clean, quiet, well-equipped (with washing machine and dryer for instance), affordable. Staff is super nice and will try its best to make your stay as nice as possible.

It is slightly far from the BTS (a 20-minutes walk) but you can easily hop on one of the many taxi bikes around and get there in 2min for 20bahts so all good!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Had to change the room and they were really nice to help me with it.

My balcony was facing a crowded street so several nights I was hearing loud music played by people on the street.

The room I was assigned to had no windows, so it lacked natural light. However, the room was spotless and well-maintained, and the sheets had a pleasant, fresh fragrance.

- the owner Guy is a nice guy) Assist me about different areas in Bangkok and always in contact. - close to the market, 7/11, little lotus and tops. - free wifi (not to fast in the room, but for some people maybe suit for work)

- no soap, but has shampoo - no kettle, but cafe is nearby

alot! it feels like home with aesthetic and minimalist design, spacey room with very cheap price. there are fridge, table, rack, microwave, all complete. the host was super amazing and accommodating even when I arrived late at midnight and allows me to check out late as well. check in was smooth and easy, was worried about the stairs as I have a big heavy luggage but the host helped to carry. location was good with cafe and some shops nearby, maybe can be far from city or BTS but since Im going to BITEC Bangna so it was near. Very satisfied with my stay, would love to extend if not because of my schedule.

the towels have some smell odor, only have half mirror in bathroom and the plug socket is abit far from bed but all is not a big problem for this price. its reasonable , just a suggestion to improve ~ thankyou

Extremely polite and humble host. I checked in mid night and I was given full support. Hair dryer was not available but host immediately provided.

I choose the room without window. So I would recommend you choosing a room with window if you like to have the fresh air from outside.

The receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpful. I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel. I will certainly be staying have again.
