Free nescafe machine in lobby. Friendly helpful staff. Close to public transport, but rando suburban station. I loved that it was not in the red light district. Booked there/nana station accidentally, and then saw a bunch of drunks cause a scene and near fight in the afternoon in front of my hotel. I didn't want to stick around after dark there in nana, so I booked this one and hopped the train over. This place felt very safe, suburbian boring even. Life hack order a cup of ice to go at the corner shops and pour your thai nestea over ice- a nice cold one because there is no such thing as too many thai ice teas in this heat!

The sidewalk was narrow in a few places on the walk to the station, so narrow that with umbrella, I had to step into street in 2 places. The food options were either pricey or fast food.

The hotel was pleasant to stay in. It is a basic, no-frills hotel. It is close to the train station, Bang Chak and while it is not located in the central area, Bang Chak serves on the main BTS line, bringing me to places conveniently. Service of staff was pleasant and helpful. Appreciated that they provided two bottles of water everyday whether or not there is housekeeping. The room was clean and still feels new despite it's years of operation.

Just like other reviewers, the sliding doors and doors are not well insulated. So if you require a quiet night of rest, this is not the hotel for you, the traffic on the side road can be noisy and the doors of neighbours can be heard.

- They checked me in earlier (I arrived at about 11:30 instead of 2 pm) - Very clean spacious room. Enough storage - The interior looks pleasant and stylish. Nothing special, but anyway

- It takes about 30-50 minutes to get to the centre by BTS. The station is very close from the property (5 min by foot) though - They don’t provide cutlery. Seems a bit strange, as you don’t always want to eat at restaurants

The hotel is new, the room is very big, clean with good Aircon and fridge My room was very quiet They provide water but in glass bottle, cannot take it with you for the day It's near train station but still very far from place of interest, at least 50 minutes each time It's difficult to get a taxi there, I waited 30 minutes in average The staff even had to help me to get one in the street There is free tea, coffee in the lobby

The pool: No stairs to get in or out Closing at 6pm, so when you visit no chance to use it No shadow No towels Nothing to protect from the big street Wifi: working sometimes Not much places to eat or Shop around

This is a very good hotel. Liked the balcony, lovely pool, and exceptional bathroom with a great shower. The bed was super comfortable. BTS 4 minute walk. Nice restaurants in Bang Chak. Walking to On Nut on right hand side is very interesting with a local night market. Would definitely stay again.

This place is brilliant. For the price its nice and new and has everything one needs. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. There is also a 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate machine available. The pool was big and looked very nice. Everything in the room worked except the shower which flooded.

Location- it is very far from everything. The Bang chak Bts is a 5 minute walk but there isnt much happening in this part of town. I was aware of this from other reviews and i only go to the hotel once a day so it was not an issue for me but if u want easy access to things, this place can be far away but otherwise its very good value for money.

The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Quiet and cozy atmosphere gives you comfort and relaxation after busy Bangkok activities. We want to say Thank you to all members of Marsi Hotel@ Bangchak !

Everything was perfect!

Everything was amazing, the beds we’re comfortable, the pool was lovely, the location was brilliant, 5 minute walk away from the BTS sky train and lots of good food around, the rooms were finished to a high standard, the best hotel we have stayed in on our 7 week trip, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again when im next in Bangkok

Its on a fairly main road and the bathroom sliding door is quite heavy

Nice newish hotel , situated 5 minutes from the bts skytrain, 350-400 baht to the airport. Room was modern, really clean and house keeping was excellent each day during our stay. Not a lot going on but perfect for a few nights before flying home. We will return next year.

Could do with some sun shade around the pool . On a positive the pool was warm ..

Limited food options in onsite restaurant. Road traffic noise. ( but you sort of get used to it after a while ).
