The rooftop area with the pool is a lovely place to go to get away from all the noise of the city.

It is a bit out of the way of central Bangkok but thankfully right next to a BTS station, so getting around was pretty simple. There is a sauna but we could not figure out how to work it, needs some signage!

Hotel was very nice. I appreciate the romantic lobby and the 24 hour reception. Just 4 minutes from the hotel there is a busy street where you can get food, you can shop there, also find 7/11 and there is the SKY (train) there too. Even though this busy street is near by the hotel ia quiet. The bed was super comfortable and room was spacious. We used the opportunity to get transfer from the airport which was very comfortable after long flight. The rooftop pool and gym are the best! Offer nice view and cool down in a pool- worth it. Hotel offer many breakfast option so anyone can choose. The only disadvantage was that hotel is bit out of the center so everytime you're going there you need to pay extra for each Grab journey. If you need night life and go often to the center then maybe it is better to choose different hotel. If you seek romance, comfort, nice quiet place to relax even in busy Bangkok - you found it.

The hotel has a good structure with a gym and swimming pool, the location is interesting as it is very close to the metro. Breakfast could have more options for non-Asians, as it is difficult to start the day with heavy food.

The reception staff is not friendly and as soon as you enter they charge you a fee to hand over the room key, this is so offensive as I had already paid for all the nights and even then I would not have access to the room until I paid, it was also not clear this requirement at the time of booking. Terrible

This hotel is definitely worth the money if you’re after a comfortable stay, but don’t mind being outside the fanciest neighbourhoods. The location is super convenient—close to public transport and surrounded by loads of street food and local shops. The swimming pool and gym are both just fine for a nice workout or relaxing dip.

Just keep in mind that we stayed in the new building that’s still under construction, so it’s not the most polished environment yet. Still, you really get that "living like a local" vibe here, which made my trip feel even more authentic!

I really enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. My room and bed were huge and super comfortable! There were lovely touches like slippers for the pool, a complimentary coffee machine and water in reception and even a little Christmas gift! The rooftop pool is amazing and so peaceful with a great view of the city.

There were no real issues at all but I found the door wasn’t very sound proof so was woken up a few times with other guests coming in late and housekeeping staff early in the morning, these were very brief though. Also felt the breakfast could have a little more options especially for vegetarians- more fruit and maybe things like yoghurt and pastries would be lovely!

The room matched our expectations plus more! it was clean and the hotel offered us gifts since it was our honeymoon. The lobby has complimentary drinks for everyone for free. breakfast was good and so were the staff! it’s close to many good spots, bus and train stations close to the Ben chak sky train station

It was very clean. Staffs were very friendly and very responsive. Most of them spoke English too. Good view from Balcony 7/11 was 2 mins walk from Hotel very good breakfast buffet cheap Laundry Service (self service)

The door to go up to rooms are accessible only using the card. we had a baby with us, so if one of us had to go out (to shop or laundry) the other had to come out of room as well as electricity won’t work without card. Well, if you are there for a shopping trip, this place is little far (30-40 mins ride in a grab, may take more time depending on traffic)

We had to wait for about half an hour before we could check in because we were a little early. However, the staff was welcoming, particularly the woman at the breakfast buffet. The buffet was great, but the breakfast was essentially the same during our three days there. During our check-out, we left our luggage with them for a few hours to ensure its safety, and they took good care of it.

The Wi-Fi was poor and slow, and the bed wasn't very comfortable.

The hotel has done some renovations. You can see they have made a real effort to upgrade the appearance of the rooms. The hotel itself is well run, with a welcoming attitude. The buffet breakfast has a variety of both Asian and Western tastes. The hotel staff seem to really have pride in their work. With their smartly dressed uniforms and happy vibe.
