Clean and comfortable stay for a night. Access to BTS and close by street foods and shops. Fully equipped gym, unfortunately we couldn't check out the pool. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall a comfy and solid stay

The location is nice but it's not exactly central. Have to take BTS or taxi to go to touristy areas

Obviously as we paid well (for Bangkok standards) we’ve get great clean and modern ambient. Breakfast were reach and great variety, we went to the swimming pool several times in the evening. Air conditioner worked very well it was important as we had a super sunny side so the room warmed up very fast. I would say we passed a good acclimatization at this hotel once landed to Bangkok at first.

As we just arrived from Europe to our first Asian city I really expected assistance of the reception with some information, maps or tips. Nothing at all! Were very disappointed about it… When we asked tips about transportation in the city they responded that it’s only possible with taxi 🤷‍♀️ It’s nit like that you can provide really better service I am sure! Without realizing I booked a room in a calm area fare of touristic zones but well connected by nearest metro station On Nut !!! It took me some time to realize how metro station works in Bangkok by watching some YouTube and trying to communicate with a stuff of the metro.

Location was amazing. Just a 5 minute walk to either On Nut BTS station or Bang Chak station. Pretty much in-between the two. My wife and I love the On Nut area anyways so this is place would always be a plus for us. The hotel is clean, staff are very friendly and the breakfast was first class. Great choices both western and eastern. Great coffee machine blending up those beans for an early start to the day. Pool is a good size, not Olympic but great to have a refreshing dip in. All in all a great stay and yeah the staff made you feel like an important guest.

I liked the room, it was simple and clean. Can’t tell about the restaurant as we never went, but looked very good passing by. There was a lovely pool with the greatest city view at the top. The staff was most welcoming. The city skyline metro stations was less than 5 minute walk.

Location is not the greatest, as it’s quite far from all crucial sights. But the metro does help. There are of course the details like cracked tiles in the bathroom, missing ones in the pool. And as I can overlook that, the view out the window was quite bad. Just backs of other building in very close proximity, load of pigeons at the balcony. We kept our blinds shut at all times.

I always stay at the quarter when I come to Bangkok the rooms and hotel is immaculate super comfy beds Body wash shampoo tooth brush tooth paste slippers and a fully stocked mini fridge provided They also have an option for laundry aswell. Staff are super friendly , the breakfast was also amazing with Thai food or contental food available.

Literally the only down side to my stay this time was the fact my room was directly underneath the gym so the sound of people slamming weights would come through the ceiling and shake to room The gym shuts at 11pm and opens at 6am so it was never an issue during the night

The pool area is great. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The room is smart with everything you need and matches the photos in publicity material. The shampoo and body wash is obviously so popular, they have started to sell it!

The room was a little smaller than expected (from the photos); the view was of a high rise car park - and i was on the top floor! Just a caution to the management, I think you need to somehow make the glass and railing by the edge of the pool a little safer. If it were pushed with force, i think it may collapse and send someone tumbling to the ground below!

This place is mostly clean and the staff are almost perfect. I got in on an early flight and the hotel couldn't accommodate me. After flying for 2 days I was beyond tired. In my sleep deprivation I booked two rooms instead of one. The hotel was nice enough to approve a refund on a non refundable room. Also, instead of waiting until 2pm they found me a room at 0930. I was there since 430 but I was glad they accommodated me. The employee guyct (I'm sure I'm spelling his name incorrectly) was exceptional. The air conditioner was super cold and even though I had the do not disturb sign up. Housekeeping left me two bottles of drinking water . Breakfast was convenient and great value.

I didnt like the shower, it was riddled with mold and gave me the creeps. Since I was jetlagged and slept for 24 hours I didn't notice until late but it needs a deep cleaning. The room had a smell of mildew but it didn't overpower. Bed was super hard. I like firm but this was even too hard for me. My back screamed after laying too long.

The big bonus at this hotel is the welcoming staff - which has been kind and helpful from the beginning of our stay. The rooms are practical, bathrooms are ok - the rooftop pool is a nice spot to relax and wind down from the speed of BKK. The breakfast was very good, all wishes fulfilled. It's a 10 min walk to the BTS station and if you are lucky you can get a ride with the shuttle - don't rely on it, its not always there.

The only downside is that this hotel has a noisy side and a more quiet side, so when booking I would recommend to already indicate that a room is desired at the quiet side to ensure a peaceful sleep.

We loved the hotel - the swimming pool on the rooftop is great. The staff was the friendliest and nicest! Amazing people working there, they made our stay memorable and helped us a lot. The interior design of the hotel is so simply elegant and beautiful. The breakfeast was 10/10 - so worth it. Delicious and everyday there was something else to try - from a traditional Thai cuisine to an English breakfast. Fresh veggies and fruits were excellent. The location is good, becuase there are some shops, restaurants, cafes and an amazing food street market around, but it's still very quiet in the hotel, becuase it's hidden. I would so reccommend.

Our balcony was wet and dirty and we didn't use it becuase of that. But also you don't need a balcony because there is the rooftop area, which is great.
