Obviously as we paid well (for Bangkok standards) we’ve get great clean and modern ambient. Breakfast were reach and great variety, we went to the swimming pool several times in the evening. Air conditioner worked very well it was important as we had a super sunny side so the room warmed up very fast. I would say we passed a good acclimatization at this hotel once landed to Bangkok at first.

As we just arrived from Europe to our first Asian city I really expected assistance of the reception with some information, maps or tips. Nothing at all! Were very disappointed about it… When we asked tips about transportation in the city they responded that it’s only possible with taxi 🤷‍♀️ It’s nit like that you can provide really better service I am sure! Without realizing I booked a room in a calm area fare of touristic zones but well connected by nearest metro station On Nut !!! It took me some time to realize how metro station works in Bangkok by watching some YouTube and trying to communicate with a stuff of the metro.

Clean and comfortable stay for a night. Access to BTS and close by street foods and shops. Fully equipped gym, unfortunately we couldn't check out the pool. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall a comfy and solid stay

The location is nice but it's not exactly central. Have to take BTS or taxi to go to touristy areas

I liked the room, it was simple and clean. Can’t tell about the restaurant as we never went, but looked very good passing by. There was a lovely pool with the greatest city view at the top. The staff was most welcoming. The city skyline metro stations was less than 5 minute walk.

Location is not the greatest, as it’s quite far from all crucial sights. But the metro does help. There are of course the details like cracked tiles in the bathroom, missing ones in the pool. And as I can overlook that, the view out the window was quite bad. Just backs of other building in very close proximity, load of pigeons at the balcony. We kept our blinds shut at all times.

The pool area is great. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The room is smart with everything you need and matches the photos in publicity material. The shampoo and body wash is obviously so popular, they have started to sell it!

The room was a little smaller than expected (from the photos); the view was of a high rise car park - and i was on the top floor! Just a caution to the management, I think you need to somehow make the glass and railing by the edge of the pool a little safer. If it were pushed with force, i think it may collapse and send someone tumbling to the ground below!

This place is mostly clean and the staff are almost perfect. I got in on an early flight and the hotel couldn't accommodate me. After flying for 2 days I was beyond tired. In my sleep deprivation I booked two rooms instead of one. The hotel was nice enough to approve a refund on a non refundable room. Also, instead of waiting until 2pm they found me a room at 0930. I was there since 430 but I was glad they accommodated me. The employee guyct (I'm sure I'm spelling his name incorrectly) was exceptional. The air conditioner was super cold and even though I had the do not disturb sign up. Housekeeping left me two bottles of drinking water . Breakfast was convenient and great value.

I didnt like the shower, it was riddled with mold and gave me the creeps. Since I was jetlagged and slept for 24 hours I didn't notice until late but it needs a deep cleaning. The room had a smell of mildew but it didn't overpower. Bed was super hard. I like firm but this was even too hard for me. My back screamed after laying too long.

The big bonus at this hotel is the welcoming staff - which has been kind and helpful from the beginning of our stay. The rooms are practical, bathrooms are ok - the rooftop pool is a nice spot to relax and wind down from the speed of BKK. The breakfast was very good, all wishes fulfilled. It's a 10 min walk to the BTS station and if you are lucky you can get a ride with the shuttle - don't rely on it, its not always there.

The only downside is that this hotel has a noisy side and a more quiet side, so when booking I would recommend to already indicate that a room is desired at the quiet side to ensure a peaceful sleep.

lobby & restaurant very nicely decorated. Breakfast on certain days good , on other days ok, omelette station is good. Roof top pool & gym fantastic. Staff friendly & nice.

Half-way between 2 BTS stations & I was not aware of shuttle service until my final day. No microwave in room but one for common use with clean bowls, dishes & cutlery provided by the side of lobby. Room size sufficient but only one really small round table & one chair in room. My colleague had no where to sit or work, If you use small round table for work, no place to eat if you bring in food. Room floor corridor deco needs upgrade, even just changing the carpet would help.

The booking was made for my wife and mother-in-law and it was they who stayed at the hotel. According to them, the main plus point is the staff and the exceptional service that they provide. Grace and JJ had stood out mainly as they had gone the extra mile to ensure that all their requests had been met and even the rest of the staff had also done a marvellous job in making them feel welcomed and comfortable. Other than that they had enjoyed the variety offered at the breakfast buffet. They stayed an entire week and none of the mains had been repeated during their stay. In addition to this, the hotel although located a bit further away from the city was conveniently close to two MRT stations and even Grab cabs were easily found in the area. There is also a 7/11 and a Lawsons (another convenience store) located close by providing easy access to any meal requirements as the hotel only provides breakfast.

nice hotel that we used for one night only, for new years eve. The hotel is clean and the swimming pool in the rooftop is nice, the room we got was large, tidy and relatively quiet. Earplugs are offered as complimentary in the room in case you hear too much noise from the street, we did not use them tho. Breakfast was complete (both continental and thai) and good. Overall, it was aligned with our expectations. Plus, they let us leave our luggages before check in and after check out.

The location is not super central, so you will have to spend a bit more time in transportation. For example, we had a bit of struggle with calling a grab, but if you go in the main road and call a taxi who is passing by, it will be no problem.
