Location is excellent, and generally price versus quality is really good. You get a good East Asian style breakfast for the price and room cleanliness is always excellent. Easy walking distance to a BTS station as well as the shops nearby make this a really good option for a city holiday on a slight budget. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. We got excellent help and tips from them for how to best move around Bangkok during the crowded conditions of the pre-Christmas days.

During this particular visit, the beds in our room weren't as comfy as before (surprisingly hard, instead of nice and soft, as it was during previous stays). There was also some water damage in the room, so the air smelled musty and moldy. This had not been the case during my previous stays, so the quality of this hotel might be going down.

Good location as it is a 4 minutes walk to On Nut BTS station and Lotus supermarket with enough small restaurants on the same floor as the Lotus supermarket. I also liked that they give me a room away from the traffic noise (but I suspect you can hear the traffic noise in some rooms as it is close enough to main street)

The room is not totally soundproof. I heard some noise from the other rooms but it was not that bad neither.

We appreciated the location of our hotel since it is close by the BTS, just a short 5 minute walk. We also loved the view from our room, given it was just as spacious! Staff was accommodating, and the breakfast included was a delicious spread of continental treats! Thank you for your hospitality, we look forward to another stay, in the future.

Location is good 20-mins from airport, 1-min walk to the closest 7-11 convenient store, , 7-mins walk to On Nut BTS Station and many street market vendors, friendly and helpful Reception team, self-laundry & dryer facilities right beside the Reception area at minimal charge, comfortable bed with 4 pillows, good size of bathroom with strong water pressure at adjustable water temperature. They also provide toiletries ie. Toothbrush kit, shower caps.

Holes on the duvet cover even after the bed linen was changed.

Excellent value for money and location, which was close to BTS and various stores (Lotus and 7-11 + street food vendors and several fast food places and a Starbucks). Comfortable bed, clean rooms and the shower provided good water pressure and had no mold problem. Room amenities were on a good level all in all. The hotel had concentrated on the right things for the price and star rating offered. Best 3 star hotel experience I've had - on level with 4 star hotels in many areas.

Breakfast was a bit subpar. Not so much variety in the buffet itself, and what was offered didn't change greatly from day to day. Also, the hotel restaurant was only open until the afternoon. For dinner, there was no option to dine-in but you had to go get food from somewhere else.

Staff were really friendly (especially the cleaners), rooms were very spacious and is within walking distance to Lotus supermarket nearby.

I understand it is for eco-friendly that bottled water were not provided, but the jars to get water the water were not replaced daily so as I was staying for more than 10 days, I had concerns regarding the cleaniness of them and stopped using them on the 2nd day and got my own water from Lotus instead...which is a pity.

It´s a very nice accomodation alternative in Bangkok for those who don´t (!) come for nightlife entertainment, who don´t (!) need a fancy place to stay, and who don´t (!) care for a pool or any recreation facilities. Its a well maintained and quiet place to stay for those who know Bangkok and who are simply looking for a clean place to stay without people around you actually don´t wamt to meet. The housekeping is excellent.

There were already some signs of use in our room like a sofa with a lot of spots. There was a kitchen area which was equipped with water cooker and microwave, just two water glasses, two cups, and some forks and spoons - but not a single plate or dish.

- 5min walk from BTS - surroundings have many restaurants and super market - surroundings clean and safe - Rooms and beds are really clean, new and comfortable

- my room was just beside the street and just opposite of my room, there is a restaurant. the staffs there made loud noise in the late night and I couldn’t sleep. the street can be noisy with cars or passed by. may be need to ask other rooms then the ones just beside the street - in the living room, there is a TV and a dining table and chairs but with no sofa. so, if they can put a small sofa, that would be perfect !

Great stay! The staff were top-notch, rooms were clean and comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. Though the location was just okay, the overall service and environment made up for it. My family loved every bit of it.

A bit out of the hustling central Bangkok, but in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Amazing hotel - high value for money. Big spacious rooms, good breakfast. They have washing machines and microwave - so you can help yourself. People complained about noise but I found it quite calm. Good thing is that they have water dispensers and empty bottles to your room. Highly satisfied with my two nights stay here. Lotus tesco is adjascent to the hotel.
