The apartment is good, clean, a little cigarette smoke but I was overall happy with the check in process and the apartment. If the area had more around it I would come back for sure.

The area. Do not eat at the Thai restaurant with the LEO beer sign next to the 7/11!!! It gave me the worst food poisoning I've ever had.

- the value of the place - really cheap and location is great - i requested for a room change because the wifi was bad and they accommodated - spacious bathroom - good linens - good room layouts - good for a short stay

- self check-in but could be dangerous because the codes can be seen by other people - cleanliness can be improved - there is no reception to ask for help - wifi is poor in corner rooms

Spacious and clean rooms at affordable prices. Fast wifi, great air conditioning, comfy beds, great location, walking distance to BTS On Nut. Keep in mind that these are apartments and there's no receptionist on duty 24/7. There is a little kitchen - kettle, plates, cups, mugs, cutleries provided. It worked perfectly for my family and I. It was like a home away from home.

The only downside is that there was only one key card provided. There was a fridge in the room but can't leave anything when you are out touring all day because u need the key card to keep the fridge running.

It is an apartment, so it does feel more like a home than a hotel, you have total privacy. The price for what you get is unbeatable in On Nut. The stove is modern and you have a kitchen sink. It would be nice to have a manual with instructions for the stove though, it's not trivial to operate. The rooftop. Yes, it's in total decay and it does not look anything like the pictures, yes, it's pretty dirty, but, it's windy and I found myself sitting there in the mornings enjoying a nice breeze. In a hot place like Thailand, a windy rooftop is gold. The AC is silent, this is a big plus. Even some 4 star hotels don't have an AC as silent as this.

The fridge will turn off as soon as you remove the keycard from the slot, so you have to be careful with the food you leave there, if you spend a lot of time away. The shower pressure is low, the temperature of the water is warm enough, but overall the shower doesn't feel great.

Everything- literally everything! From staff, to the facilities, from location to the value, everything was perfect! This was my second time staying here and this time it was with family! Everyone had a great time here, esp cuz the deluxe room was quite bigger, 7-Eleven is right outside and Lotus mall and On Nut BTS is quite nearby! Thanks everyone and if I ever come back to Bangkok, I will definitely stay here again ~

The location is near 711, and Yor Yok restaurant with great salads. About a 10 minute walk to BTS, Lotus, coffee, and lots of Thai street food. There is also a mall with a cinema close by. There are other restaurants and a Café closer. Oh, also near a decent area with bars 🍸

Balcony door handle was broken. But they said they would fix it when I told them about it

The place is very nice, the nearby metro station is On Nut and Seven eleven is nearby which is open 24/7 there is a lotus mall where you can get almost everything there, rooms are clean, and comfortable, equipped with induction cooktop and basic cutlery, you need some pot to heat the food if you want to reheat your outside food or ready to eat packed food, staff is nice and helpful 😁

The cleaning facility is not available everyday as housekeeping only works on request, but at this price it is value for Money, so better you do basic cleaning by yourself or request them to clean the room. I like almost everything here because they are charging the right price 😊

The apartment was very clean and very comfortable! the bed is huge and the atmosphere is really nice!! I 100 percent recommend it for people who aren't looking to be in the heart of the center although it also has a 10-15 minute walk to the train station.

The apartment has a hot plate for cooking but no dishes or cutlery, it could be nice to have or to be able to rent from the reception.

The check-in and check-out experience were really quick. The apartment is comfortable to stay. There's always a guard downstairs making it feel safe and he was very helpful. There's also a 7 eleven store just a few metres downstairs making it very convenient to shop essentials.

The shower's water heater couldn't be controlled and was way too hot to bath.
