I was pleasantly surprised by this charming little hotel. The staff are very nice and professional. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Bed was large and comfortable and the room was quiet with a great balcony. The breakfast is made to order with a salad and fruit bar and some of the best coffee I've ever had at a hotel! Sit out in the back area for a peaceful vibe while enjoying that coffee. The area is a little far out from where I usually stay but I liked it a lot and will stay there going forward. On Nut BTS is a few minutes walk and there is a HUGE Lotus store around the corner. Add it a great Coffee Club, street food market, 7-11, cafes and everything else you need without all the tourists. And don't forget to go to the roof! A great place to relax. I will definitely stay here from now on when I visit Bangkok.

The staff are very lovely and always helpful. The beds are extremely comfortable and you have four nice size, quality pillows. A major plus. Room size is great with huge fridge and lots of storage. Balcony off room is great to have. I really enjoy staying here and have done so many times.

I've stayed here many times before and they used to have a nice breakfast with some of the best coffee I've ever had. My most recent stays the breakfast has been subpar, with far less options and the coffee cold and not as good. This is most likely due to the ongoing renovation of their restaurant so just keep that in mind. If you stay there while that is still going on, it might be better to walk up to Coffee Club at the Century Plaza On Nut BTS for coffee and breakfast.

We really liked our room which was very spacious and had great views of the neighborhood. We requested high floor and they obliged. We really appreciate the services provided especially the breakfast. Not many choices for vegetarians but people who eat meat would love the options. They also have laundry service which you can do on your own for one complete load for 90B. It was a great value.

The location is in Sukhamvit so in a bit of modern neighborhood with loads of restaurants and supermarkets but to see various sights and traditional areas you would need to travel a lot on BTS/MRT with a ton of walking. On a few days we walked close to 25k steps. Transport cost in Bangkok is a bit expensive than what we experience in Delhi Metro.

Great location (5 min walk to On Nut BTS), clean rooms, quiet around the hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast was cooked to order. Also I really like a roof top, in the evening you can admire the lights of the night city.

Cheap furniture (but it's okay for that price), no towel hook in the shower, the safe was closed at the time of check in (but I didn't need it)

We stayed from Oct 28 to Nov 2. The manager and hotel staff went out of their way to help us with all our needs including sights we wanted to visit. The breakfast had Thai and Western choices and had an unlimited option so we could order all we can. The cooked food, salad and fruits were superb. We ordered the fried rice, stir fried noodles, vegetables, chicken, pork and a lot of the choices on the menu. The room was always clean. The wi-fi was always strong. The supplies were always provided.

As others said, good location with 5 min walk to On Nut BTS station, Lotus supermarket, and small and cheap restaurants in the Lotus Supermarket floor. Breakfast was fine unless you manage your expectations.

This is not a luxurious hotel. Simple, clean hotel with courteous staff. Also the wifi was disconnecting a lot so I had to use my own data. I told the problem to a receptionist but I think he forgot. This is why I do not give the highest score.

This Hotel deserved higher ratings. Very convenient location, next to sky train station "On Nut" also next to Lotus supermarket and food stalls, with variety of local dishes. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Bed one of the best I've ever slept. Nice and quiet Aircon. Quiet location far from a local clubs. Nice rooftop as well.I would definitely come back 10 out of 10. We where warmly welcomed with orange juice and watermelon, Great job!!!

Maybe breakfast not necessarily the same as on picture,some bits missing but still plenty to eat,as much as you can.

It is the best hotel we have stayed in Bangkok, and we have been a lot of times. it is friendly, clean ,great breakfast choice and easy for the On Nut skytrain to go to the center of Bangkok

Smallish hotel in a quiet Sukhumvit soi 50 . The hotel is only 3 years old and in good decorative order . Very clean and has sound proofing , so no disturbances from night traffic or other guests . The bed and linen were top class and very comfortable . The shower room was a high standard with good quality towels . The toilet has a heated bum gun which I have never seen before . The air-con was good also the large TV . The reception staff were very friendly and efficient . In summary it is a good hotel away from the main noisy Bangkok hustle and bustle and not far to go in a taxi for the night life .

I was a bit disappointed with the restaurant as it only opened for breakfast which was non-buffet and ordered from a small menu . Also a selection of fruit , cereals toast etc , juices , tea & coffee . No bar and no alcohol served . Hotel was a bit far from convenience shops and I was thinking about where to find a restaurant for lunch and dinner . It was lucky that there was a good restaurant about 2 minutes walk away , turn right out of hotel to main road and right again and 20 meters on the right. Hotel has limited car parking of about 6 cars to the front of the hotel .
