The whole interior design is fantastic and so are the views from the rooftop and restaurant/bar area. Everything really looked and felt expensive and chic. The bed was comfy and the rooms were beautiful with lots of indirect lighting coming. There’s a smart TV with YouTube and a big shower in the room.

I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast (as a vegan). We paid an expensive early checkin and had to purchase it separately and it wasn’t that great. The building is very tall and thin, so all you do is move up all the time. I missed the 5 star treatment a little bit sometimes (opened the main door myself, but that is complaining on a high level). Locationwise it was a bit far from everything, but still good connected through the „on nut“ station. There was at least a big lotus center and some food places next to the hotel. None of this was a reason not to come back. But there are so many more hotels to explore :)

We enjoyed our stay very much, mostly because of the very friendly and helpful staff. Some of them went really above and beyond in terms of service. And we appreciated that so much, especially because it was our first family trip with our baby. A good example was after the earthquake. Me and my husband were very stressed when it happened and I was very emotional. Mook helped us so much with our requested room switch and also talked to us a lot during and after to really make us feel comfortable. And she did. Also Kay and Por were also very nice and helpful! And we also liked that the hotel was very close to the BTS, Lotus’s. And the style and cleanliness of the rooms.

The airconditioning in the room was sometimes a bit loud and did not always cool to the temperature we wanted. The pool looks nice, but a bit small in our opinion. We were also not the biggest fan of the breakfast of the hotel. There were a lot of options, but in our opinion it was a bit focused on Western taste.

High spec hotel. Staff are amazing and food is exceptional. Roof top pool is luxury… if you can get a space up there. Views from the room are outstanding, even better from the rooftop / bar area at night.

Room layout I can see many people have commented on. I don’t think it works, makes the room awkward and toilet extremely tight especially for anyone on the taller side. Very confused how a Melia branch has gone ahead with this layout of the sink in the middle of the room? This however shouldn’t take away from the hotel, it was perfect for a short stay in Bangkok. - note the staff where extremely helpful after the earthquake had happened and safety was upmost priority for guests and staff. Excellent job on that part. It felt like everyone knew what they was doing which is exactly what a customer needs in times of uncertainty especially in a different country to your own.

Close to the metro and supermarket, great atmosphere and interiors, amazing feel and experience to stay here. Lovely team but again the Language is a big problem as it's very difficult to communicate with the staff in hotels of Thailand. It's the same everywhere in Thailand, but still they made us feel comfortable and even upgraded us to a suit without any charge. The hotel is new , modern and really clean. I will be coming back for sure

Strange position of sink in the room, very small toilet with very Little space. No use of the mirrors in the room. Didn't understand the use of the mirror near the mini bar. Very small gym. Too many children all the time at the pool made the experience little unromantic.

The hotel overall is very new, and the front desk staff are very friendly. The rooms are also very clean, and the location is good. I will stay there again on my next visit to Bangkok. And the hotel's rooftop is quite impressive with a beautiful pool, and the bar there is quite unique.

I loved my stay at Melia! From the start, we had a lovely welcome with delicious patisserie in the room and super helpful staff. They helped me get change for my cash and gave suggestions around getting to the airport, how long it would take and how busy the airport would be. There is a gym overlooking the city which is open 24 hours, it was great while jet lagged as it was quiet and I could see the sunrise! Breakfast was the best I had on my whole Thailand trip, with great choice and view over Bangkok. Very close to the sky train which is very handy in Bangkok! Despite being on a very busy road the room was very quiet.

I don’t have any real criticism, rooms are a bit on the cosy side but as a whole it’s such great value for money and you don’t need a huge room when exploring Bangkok! I didn’t use the rooftop pool that much as it was popular with families, but looked like it was ideal for kids.

What made my stay amazing was definitely the warm, kind and always helpful staff! They made me feel like home right from the start. The breakfast with the view of the city from the 32nd floor and a good selection in the buffet was a great start of the day. Make sure to visit the sky bar! Either for an aperitif before heading out to dinner or bring your friends here for a night city skyline! And once again a shout out to the staff. You guys made me feel like family and I wish I could have stayed longer, maybe to get a chance to try the gym and the swimming pool. I hope there will be a next time! Thank you!

The breakfast is out of this world. Great local food, all fresh and super trendy. From the healthy juices to the oat banana pancakes, this breakfast is top notch. The hotel is well designed, trendy and focused on details. Staff is very kind and attentive. They do everything to make your stay wonderful. The view from the pool is amazing, the big swing is a nice instagram-worthy picture place and the bar gives you probably one of the best views over Bangkok. I work in the hotel industry and I know when a hotel is a zero or a hero. This one is definitely a hero.

The gym could be a bit more equipped. The menu in the tapas bar is a little small, as well at the pool bar. The chicken burger at the pool definitely needs a change. These are all minor details, and definitely not something big.

Very nice pool , roof top bar , dining area , lobby and breakfast area with modern design . Every corner is so photogenic. Staff are kind and attentive . Location is convenient , 5 minutes walk to nearby BTS station .

We went for our honeymoon and everything was great. Location was great, staff were amazing and informative. It was sometimes easier to get around by BTS as the traffic in Bangkok is crazy! The On Nut station is very close by which was so helpful. 10/10 place to stay! We changed our second stay at Bangkok to this hotel again after staying initially when we first landed. We had to pay a lot extra but it was that good! The rooftop pool is so beautiful. If you book in advance it’s definitely a great deal. If we come back to Bangkok we will be staying here again!

Only negative I will say is the random sink the middle of the room. It was a bit annoying but other than that no complaints
