It was as expected, very easy to reach from On Nut BTS station, simple and quite access via door code. The room was quiet, and with a view over the bed, even though it is not the nicest view, it gives a feeling of space, despite being so close to the BTS line. The bed is great, so is the shower and bathroom and there was even a spot to work on a computer and a mini couch. For this location the price is good Esp. when booked for two people. (I was alone and found it was good value)

The cleaning of the bathroom smelled like chlorine. Luckily it went away after leaving on the bathroom light and fan for a bit, but this was a bit overkill, bathroom smelled clean but also like a swimming pool.

I feel their prices are a little high for the simplicity of the product, including walking up alot of stairs which is great for exercise! However, everything was done simply and to high standard.

There did not appear to be many vegan options at the Guesthouse cafe. But it was still nice ambience.

The guesthouse was very clean and situated directly above a busy street full of street stalls and restaurants. Very convenient for getting food, fruit, drinks, etc. It's also a short walk away from two big supermarkets: Big C and Lotus (Tesco) which have their own assortment of food options. The BTS is less than a five-minute walkaway.

The downside of such a convenient location is that the street-side rooms can be a little noisy (motorbikes in particular), especially early in the morning. Earplugs are recommended. You win some you lose some :-D

Self check in and out is the way of the future. The place is a 6 minute walk from On Nut on Sukhumvit, Soi 77/1. This Soi is filled with food stalls with a great variety of food and 5 massage parlours. The owner is quite artistic and it shows.

The lack of a lift. Walking up 5 floors at 40 degrees plus luggage is sweaty.The windows leak, so with air pollution this place becomes unhealthy. The handshower needs higher water pressure.

Totally self serve stay with no staff contact. eco minded with trash sorting which was appreciated and filtered water refill available. The common kitchen area could be cleaner but our room was clean and comfortable. Location is also super convenient to BTS with lots of good food along the alleyway as well as a convenient shopping center with grocery at the end of the block. Attached cafe was popular and delicious! Be aware for top rooms this is a fully walk up place - no lift.

The room we stayed in could use some additional lighting near the bed as the few overhead lights were very dim but we managed :)

I loved that there was a kitchen with dishes and spoons and really wonderful street food right outside. I love the art everywhere and the plants - everything is tastefully done and spacious and welcoming!

Pin pads make me a little nervous. There's no reception (unless the cafe is open and they are very sweet and helpful), but if you arrive late you need to let yourself in with a code, which did work, I just don't love that.

We had such a wonderful time at Better Moon! The room is spacious and nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable and it is also a great place to work remotely. Communication was always super quick and easy & the Café downstairs has an amazing atmosphere too. The Guesthouse is at a good location within Bangkok. We would definitely recommend to stay there!

the design of the room is very pretty and the location extremely convenient. the cafe on the ground floor is stunning

i had a big suitcase so it was hard to carry it all the way to the 4th floor. there were also some ants in the room

Location has everything you need. Your street is a night market. It's great!

Bathroom could have been better maintained. Communication of the checkin hours could have been better.

Great place to stay in Bangkok. Very very nice rooms and very helpful staff/owner who stored my stuff, received and stored a parcel while I was away and where very flexibel with check-in times etc. due to code locked doors.

Karaoke or any other bad, amplified singing outside on the street. But this just happened at one out of four mornings.
