It is our first time staying here and quite a decent place away from the hustle and bustle of the city central. The staffs were friendly and helpful and basic English was not an issue. The suite was spacious. Breakfast was decent too. There is self service washing facilities that's good for lightening your luggage from bulky clothes. Nearby a 5 min walk to 7 eleven and Lotus mall. BTS is nearby too. Taking Grab to central was easy as nearby highway with small toll fee.

The room has no sound proofing and we could clearly hear in our room the conversation and loud noises in the middle of the night outside the corridor. There were mosquitos and something can be done to improve this. The toilet door design is not practical to swing inwards when there's limited space inside. Can consider to alter to swing outwards instead to make space inside.

Excellent location. Within 10 minutes of walking from nearest BTS station. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood without heavy traffic and noise. Excellent breakfast with many variety. Staff were polite and helpful. The mattress was firm and nice. Bedlinen were clean and changed every day.

The warm water shower in my room was not working and my complaint was not resolve although they did their due diligence they cannot find the fault. The pillows were too soft and make sleep rather difficult.

Been staying at this hotel for a few times due to its close proximity to a 24 hours 7-11 convenience store which is one of my criteria when looking for a hotel, and also away from town yet having the vibrancy. Tower B hotel is relatively quiet outdoors, can bearly hear road noise from hotel room (can bearly or cannot hear car/bike horns). Tower A is the block that has front desk reception. Generally a 3 minutes walk to Lotus shopping mall, and 5 minutes walk to On Nut BTS. Huge fridge with a microwave and balcony.

The TV was working well in my previous stays in Studio room. This time I stayed in the 1 Bedroom Residence but the TV in the bedroom was not working. There was internet connection problem and could not start any TV programmes as the screen freezes. I did not inform front desk as it was not a big issue (but FYI to front desk if you are reading this). Other than that, all is good.

I use it every time I come to Thailand.

There were times when the temperature of the hot water in the shower was low this time, but it must be the infrastructure situation. It's a little disappointing.

This is my go to hotel every time I visit Bangkok. The staff are polite and helpful, the rooms are always clean, the pool is small but relaxing, the facilities offered are good. Location is great - it’s a 1 minute walk to 7/11 from the hotel and On Nut BTS, Lotus Tesco and Century Movie Plaza Mall are 5 minutes walk away. The price is very good - you pay for what you get and this hotel delivers value for money. Looking forward to my next stay at the end of June.

The smoking area outside the hotel doors as sometimes if there is a group of smokers there and you are entering / leaving the hotel you have to walk through the smoke.

The hotel is easy access and with convenient shop at walking distance (20m). There is Lotus Mall nearby and with mini night market outside. Easy to find foods. Burger King and McDonald are just a walking distance. Spacey room and comfort bed. Clean room. BTS station (On Nut) is about 100m away.

Location a little away from center. Traffic was jam if travel by car. BTS is a good option for going to city center area. Sound proof can be improved. Breakfast variety not enough. Everyday almost the same buffet menu.

ALL THE ABOVE.BUT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD BREAK FAST BE EARLY.ROOM IS EXCELLENT.LOCATION TO ME BEING AN INDIAN IS GOOD.OVER ALL THE PACE IS FANTAASTIC✌️.ITS VERY GOOD FOR COUPLES AND SINGLES.

RESTAURANT IS TOO CROWDED ANY WAY ITS CROSS WIBES AND THE CULTURAL DIFFERENCES MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE.I WISH THEY COULD CHANGE THE POOL BOARD FROM SMALLL TO 4/8 IN THE BAR.THE SHAVING BLADES ARE FOR SOFT SKINS CAN NOT SHAVE MUCH..I AM AN INDIAN A BIT OF HARD SKIN…THEY BETTER SERVE BETTER SHAVING BLADES AND OTHERWISE ITS ALL GOOD.I LOVED THE PROPERTY.

Room is so spacious for 2 person, there's a balcony, kitchen and kitchen sink, microwave and cozy bed. location is a bit far from the temples and main attraction but still okay since we want a quiet place away from the city buzz. It is very easy to go to Siam Paragon mall, Icon Siam and other shopping centers. Check in and out was a breeze and straight to the point, no other complaint since it is very easy to request things from them, like room service or extra key card if you forgot your keys inside your room like what happened to us haha. Lobby smells so good and you can smoke just outside the hotel or just dont smoke inside the hotel, they're not very strict about it. Over all, the place is so nice and will definitely come back if I have a chance. I already miss the hotel tbh, where we can just get up and go down for a breakfast haha. you may want to be careful of pigeons in the outside dining area as well since there are very fast in taking your unattended food :p oh, btw, nearest station is On Nut, just 5-10 mins walk depending to your speed. I hope to stay here soon again! <3

Not that I don't like, but it could be better, the breakfast. Only 2 dishes vary every other day but everything is the same but not a big deal since there is a coffee machine where you can just get your coffee as many as you want, egg section which you can request how would you want your egg and pad thai, curry, sauteed pork and rice porridge are my favorites.

People smoking outside our rooms Would be great if there was an option for a family of 5 to stay together but we had 2 separate rooms not connected

The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurant has a good selection of food and the breakfasts are good too. The location of this hotel is good, within walking distance of shops and the sky train.
