The hotel is quiet throughout the night. There must be some great insulation in the walls. We also loved the close proximity to the On Nut BTS skytrain station. Across the road is a department store with a lot of food options. 4K Cafe inside of Cross Vibe serves lovely food.

There is nothing to report. The property, staff etc.. exceeded our expectations.

We had a great stay here! The room was well equipped and very clean. For cooking utensils you just need to contact reception, and they provide everything you need. The staff were kind, helpful, and always made me feel welcome. There’s a nice little pool that’s perfect for cooling down, and the gym has all the basic equipment needed for a solid workout. The massage ladies offer proper Thai massages, which I really enjoyed. The location is excellent—close to supermarkets, plenty of street food, and a shopping mall within walking distance. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We honestly liked everything, though it would have been even better if the bar and pool table stayed open later. They usually closed around 9–10pm, just when most people were returning from day trips.

Value for money. Great breakfast with loads of variety. Great egg station too. Hotel is clean and good service. Sang, our housekeeping lady who cleaned our room was so so lovely. So friendly, kind, super efficient. She should get a promotion to deal more with guests of the hotel as she’s so fantastic.

Aircon needs to remain on all day in the room because it takes more than an hour to cool down the room. We both found the beds too soft and caused us back ache. We told reception and they added a mattress topper to the bed which solved the problem. Very happy with the service. Of course it’s a personal preference, I prefer hard beds but some people prefer softer beds.

Wonderful Service from the Staff! I had a great experience during my stay, especially thanks to the excellent service from Mr. Fluke and Mr. John. Mr. Fluke who assisted me at the front desk during check-in, was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. He made the process smooth even I had issued with my old credit card and made me feel at home right away. Mr. John, the bellboy, was also fantastic. He delivered my luggage to the room with a warm smile and polite attitude, and even took the time to make sure everything was in order. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made a positive impression on me. Thank you both for making my stay more enjoyable!

The location of this hotel is excellent for public transportation, but getting a taxi or ride through an app can be a bit tricky. For airport transfers, I recommend asking the front desk to arrange a car with their trusted drivers—it’s about the same price as ride-hailing apps but much more reliable. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

All of the staff were very friendly and polite, which made the atmosphere very pleasant. However, this also made the girl at the breakfast station who cooked eggs stand out quite a bit. She always looked tense and unfriendly, as if we were bothering her whenever we asked for eggs. For long-stay guests, having to face this every morning can be a bit challenging. In addition, it would be great if the front desk could kindly remind guests—in a language they can understand—to keep their voices down in the hallways late at night. Many people check in very late, and being considerate about noise would show respect to guests who are already resting. I’ve seen other hotels do this, and it really makes a difference.

It is our first time staying here and quite a decent place away from the hustle and bustle of the city central. The staffs were friendly and helpful and basic English was not an issue. The suite was spacious. Breakfast was decent too. There is self service washing facilities that's good for lightening your luggage from bulky clothes. Nearby a 5 min walk to 7 eleven and Lotus mall. BTS is nearby too. Taking Grab to central was easy as nearby highway with small toll fee.

The room has no sound proofing and we could clearly hear in our room the conversation and loud noises in the middle of the night outside the corridor. There were mosquitos and something can be done to improve this. The toilet door design is not practical to swing inwards when there's limited space inside. Can consider to alter to swing outwards instead to make space inside.

My husband and I loved staying at CrossVibe! Convenient location, 5min walking distance to BTS and there's even a hotel songthaew / tuktuk that drives you to the BTS every hour. The rooms were very clean, lobby was big and well maintained. We really liked their breakfast, which had a lot of selection of food and drinks. All staff were super helpful as well. There's also a laundry machine on site that you can use for a small fee. There's also 7/11 right in front ;)

Honestly nothing, would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay. From the staff, to the room, the place, facilities and food everything is perfect. Rooms are well maintained and housekeeping is spot on. Staff are very welcoming and will always try to attend to your needs. The SPA is a must try. The gym does its job. And the breakfast is great with plenty of selection to chose from(Asian, Western, Meditteranean) Will recommend it to anyone and will surely book this hotel again for our next trip in Thailand.

Excellent location. Within 10 minutes of walking from nearest BTS station. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood without heavy traffic and noise. Excellent breakfast with many variety. Staff were polite and helpful. The mattress was firm and nice. Bedlinen were clean and changed every day.

The warm water shower in my room was not working and my complaint was not resolve although they did their due diligence they cannot find the fault. The pillows were too soft and make sleep rather difficult.

Been staying at this hotel for a few times due to its close proximity to a 24 hours 7-11 convenience store which is one of my criteria when looking for a hotel, and also away from town yet having the vibrancy. Tower B hotel is relatively quiet outdoors, can bearly hear road noise from hotel room (can bearly or cannot hear car/bike horns). Tower A is the block that has front desk reception. Generally a 3 minutes walk to Lotus shopping mall, and 5 minutes walk to On Nut BTS. Huge fridge with a microwave and balcony.

The TV was working well in my previous stays in Studio room. This time I stayed in the 1 Bedroom Residence but the TV in the bedroom was not working. There was internet connection problem and could not start any TV programmes as the screen freezes. I did not inform front desk as it was not a big issue (but FYI to front desk if you are reading this). Other than that, all is good.
