Dont be put off by the low score on "location". Hotel is a 5min walk from skytrain station and is in a Nice area with some shopping. Very easy to navigate around Hotel room was extremely clean and it was the first time in 14 days where we had a good bed in a big room. Had big Windows with a view over the City. Room was very modern and had everything you needed. It was very well maintained. Breakfast Staff was very polite and welcoming. Hotel pool was clean and had sunbeds on the roof. It was a Nice touch that we could use the hotel pool since we had an late flight, after checkout. Higly recommend this hotel for 2-3 days stay.

I did not give the hotel full score because there is some improvements to do. -they need to improve the communication on booking.com. All other hotels have sent a welcome message. They also took some time before they answered mine Even they are a small hotel. -breakfast was simple and sometimes the food and coffe was cold. Sometimes it was empty too. More alternatives would be Nice. -hotel does not provide towels to lounge on the sunbeds. Some of the furnuture was destroyed/time for a change. They did not have any matress on the sunbeds and was a little bit worn out compared to the photos used at booking.

The place is far away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok’s night life. But near enough to street food and lotus’s !

Raining season is here ! You have to find a rubber shoes to walk in or out of the hotel.! The road will be a small river when it rain more than 2 hours

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Bangkok, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities one could ask for—plush bedding, a large TV, and a spotless bathroom with a rainfall shower that felt like a spa experience. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the complimentary bottled water to the cozy bathrobes provided. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering easy access to Bangkok's bustling attractions while being tucked away just enough for a quiet retreat. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes, both local and international, to start the day off right. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They were consistently attentive, polite, and eager to help with any requests, from booking transportation to recommending the best local spots to explore. The Ramada in Bangkok is an oasis in the heart of a vibrant city, combining comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

While my stay at the Ramada in Bangkok was exceptional, navigating the city's infamous traffic required a bit of patience—but the hotel's convenient location made it easier to explore.

I have stayed at this Ramada a few times now and always have a lovely welcome by the staff. We find it a great location to the BTS and local food places as well as easy enough to get to and from the airport by taxi. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms have good amenities and are always clean. We also love the pool and rooftop area which is a nice addition for a city hotel.

We often have the breakfasts in the morning which has a good selection, however can be understaffed so you may be waiting a while for them to replenish food or bring your hot orders out.

Good location and clean!

We wanted late checkout and asked for the rate per hour but they don’t offer this! Checking out at 3pm means you have to pay half day rate.

We loved our stay at the Ramada. It was exactly like the photos, exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly accomodating to our requests and made us feel so comfortable. Traffic is insane on the main road but walking distance to everything!

The only thing is the buffet breakfast was smaller, and didn't have a wide variety of options but still was good enough for 1 morning we wanted to stay in. The pool area doesn't supply towels, but we were given towels upon request.

The staff was very friendly, especially the person at the café, always greeting and smiling, very sweet. The coffee was also very good.

I asked for a coffee in the room one morning, and it was not the usual that I got from the espresso machine, but the one from the automatic machine at the breakfasy buffet, even though I paid for the coffee at the café. Told them af the reception and they seemed very helpful to prevent it from happening again.

This is a small hotel, with cosy self contained 1 bed studio style units also available. It is wonderfully located close enough too, but not directly inside the nightlife centre of Bangkok. The residence is well run, properly maintained and the Security Staff are particularly attentive and helpful. The Sky Train is 5 mins walk and there is a decent household ( groceries) shopping mall, just directly beside the Sky train station.

The Internet was temperamental, the stairs up to the bedroom section is narrow. You must be fully able bodied and steady on your feet to use this unit. If you have any physical challenges you could find the apartment challenging.

The hotel has a nice decoration and atmosphere, creating a welcoming and stylish environment. The rooms are modern, spacious and exceptionally clean making for a comfortable stay. Staff is very helpful and kind. While the location is not ideal, it still is within walking distance of grocery stores and transportation station that add convenience. However, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited which could be improved for a better experience.
