The location was good even though it was about a 15min walk from the station. The walk didn't seem too long because there are tonnes of cafes and things to look at. Bed and room is great. Breakfast was the best that I had in Thailand -true flavors.

We stayed here for 10 days with our cat and were very happy with our choice. Upon arrival, the staff brought a pet bed and food bowls for the cat, and throughout our stay they treated her with great warmth and affection. The room was spacious, exactly as shown in the photos, with a large comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. It had a cozy seating area, a large wardrobe for clothes and suitcases, a fridge, a kettle, and a desk with a chair. Housekeeping was done daily — often we going out after midday and return in the evening to find the room was cleaned. The view from the window was nice (it didn’t open, which was actually a plus for us since we had a cat), and the room was quiet. We also enjoyed the small but comfortable pool on the 7th floor and the evening view from the rooftop, where a bar with live music operates at night. The location is excellent — close to the BTS station, with cafés and restaurants nearby.

The only drawback was the bathroom sink faucet — it was too short, so water often spilled outside the sink. This seemed like an odd design choice for a hotel of this level.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay! Our experience at the hotel was fantastic. The cleanliness was top-notch — housekeeping cleaned our room every single day without fail. We requested a connecting room, and the staff made sure we got exactly what we needed. Everyone was extremely polite, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with plenty of options, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We also noticed how regularly they checked the pool water to maintain its cleanliness — great attention to detail. Overall, a very comfortable and well-managed hotel. Highly recommended!

Note on Check-in Deposit: I completely understand the reason for collecting a deposit at check-in and had no issue providing it. However, it would have been appreciated if the purpose and amount were clearly mentioned on the website or during booking, rather than finding out only at the front desk. Clear communication upfront would make the check-in process even smoother.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.the staff were incredibly friendly helpful and welcoming making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.The room was very clean,comfortable and well maintained which made my stay even more relaxing I also enjoyed the breakfast there was a good variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from overall I had great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for pleasant and comfortable

Our suggestions improvement would be to add a bit more lighting in the rooms as they felt a little dim at times also it would be great to have more non smoking rooms available as not everyone is comfortable with smoke overall I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate the excellent service I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again

The view

It was a thoroughly rainy night and the reception people told me that the umbrellas are out of stock… In the middle of the midnight people went out to their rooms and shouted, it happened several times. I put DND sign at the room, but the cleaning staff entered anyway. I ve requested a room with a view as I paid for and they told me they didn’t have, after 5 mins they told me they have one, but the outside noise of the tram was insane!!! Very disappointing services and experience at all.

This was our third time in this hotel , and we have always used this hotel as reference for a comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. Whenever we come to Bangkok we prefer to stay in this hotel as the rooms are comfortable , the staff is extremely friendly and the area is good to commute around Bangkok , specially when the BTS station is only a few minutes away . Also small convenience store such as 7-11 can be found right next to the hotel .

This one time wasn’t as comfortable as the last time as one of the rooms had a very strong mould smell to it. We reported to one of the housekeeping staff and she only used air freshener in the room. Certainly we should’ve called reception to change our rooms but at that point we were travelling for over 20 hours and wanted to take a quick nap before heading to our next destination . I’m certain , that this was an oversight as the previous times our stay were perfect. But definitely something to be aware of .

We were here a few years ago but the hotel still looks good and we'll maintained. Our room did not come with breakfast but we paid for 1 day and they have a good selection of food buffet to choose from. They put us in a family room with a bunk bed as we were travelling with our 12 yr old son. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the location is very good, there is a 5min. walk to the BTS (sky train) line close by.

Our only complaint is that the tiles at the swimming pools are very slippery and dangerous. Our son slipped but a good thing he landed in the water. Otherwise, it might have a serious consequence! The facilities are nice although they are very small. The main road is constantly busy and noisy but this is Bangkok after all.

Very cozy and quite room, extremely comfortable bed and a room size large enough for a solo stay. The location is on the busy Sukhumvit Road BTS line but a 10 minutes’ walk to Phra Khanong BTS Station and the hotel offers free drop off and pick up at this station. On the busy Sukhumvit Road, but my room was quiet, and I had a relaxing sleep. 7/11 is nearby, along with lots of massages, street food vendors. Breakfast is quite good and the view from the roof top bar on the 23rd floor is to die for. Housekeeping ladies as well as the receptionists are doing a good job in keeping the standards high. Room service from the 7 floor in-house restaurant was very fast and the food was delicious.
