Very nice place, not a lot of rooms so very quiet and relaxed. Clean room and comfortable beds, the kids really liked te bunk beds and the sounds of the road nearby are actually not that loud at night. Very convenient near BTS station. Takes around 30 min to get to Siam central Bangkok. Also, directly next to a massage salon, we got our first lovely massage there in the evening.

We only stayed 2 nights, and did a lot of sleeping, but its near a very busy road. Not sure what to do in the vicinity. Also, breakfast is not very elaborate, which is good to reduce waste, but don't expect a lot of choice, only the basics.

This is a FANTASTIC little place to stay in Bangkok. Amazing facilities - free washing and drying machines and soap. Gorgeous free coffee in machine and little snacks to help yourself to throughout the day. Warm friendly vibe. Our flight wasn’t leaving until the evening but we were able to use their lockable storage facility and just hangout in the lovely little lounge area with facilities all day. The sweet lady also said there was a bedroom to use upstairs if we wanted a nap before our flight. We all had the most comfortable nights sleep too. Best bed in Thailand. Go looking around the local area too. Brilliant little local market - Phra Khanong Market worth a mooch and loads of great cheap street places to eat on your doorstep. Don’t look anywhere else on Booking.com!!

Nothing it was amazing value for money and just perfect for our family of five needs.

The stay was cozy, clean, & good value. They also have communal kitchen, so it almost feel like home. Location was great, away from hustling bustling area, but just a hop away to the central. BTS & bus stop just 200 meters from the stay. Very convenient! Nearby are convenience store, street foods, coffee shops, even the sky bar! :D Very recommended & will stay here again in the future. Guest who come with heavy luggage need to climb the stair as there's no elevator. But that's a brief workout, isn't that? :p

The decor was lovely and the bed very comfy. It was nice to have a separate bedroom and living space. The shower was very powerful and it had soap and shampoo. It was less than 1 min to the BTS and 5 mins to W where you can get loads of food choices. And for us was across the road from the family we were visiting. Great air con in the bedroom and living space.

Not a problem as you got ear plugs but you can hear the road at night before it settles down.

Helpful staff and best part is the location. it is very well located as you can just step out and get on metro. Other super markets are also there in the same place making it convenient for eating options. Good cleanliness and they have a kitchen on the first floor and seating area which was good.

The place was a little difficult to find as the sign board is not visible from the main road and google map shows its the same road however there is small lane besides that takes it in. A sign board at the main road with direction might help. But not so much of concern.

Great little accommodation near the BTS! Can get into Siam in 20min. Easy access to the highway too if you planning to go Safari World by taxi. No problem getting grab from there. Super clean and comfortable stay! Kids love the bunk beds. Complementary breakfast with toast, cereal and fruits. Cafes and eateries are super nearby. Really appreciate the washing machine and dryer as we are traveling for 3 weeks! And massage parlour is just next door! Great to have one after a long day walk!

The lack of lift perhaps as we on 3rd floor. But the guy at reception did offer to help us with our backpacks when we checked in.

1) Location is superb. It's just a minute walk to the Phra Kanong BTS. We didn't find the train noisy at any time of the day. 2) Service is great. Jah was prompt in replying to our queries, reached out to ensure he could prepare the keys package for us since we were arriving after 6pm and the housekeeping was prompt in attending to our requests when we checked in late that night. 3) We had the Family Suite for 3 of us and it was spacious and clean. Wifi was good and it was great to have Netflix and board games for entertainment when we decided to chill. 4) Nice simple breakfast (nothing fancy) each morning is available.

1) What could be better would be a firmer mattress for the king size bed, a better shower head and perhaps a signage to encourage hometel guests to be a bit more considerate in using the washer and dryer. We met a family who loaded their wash and never returned the whole night to off load it after it was done. 2) There is no lift but we are kind of blessed to be just on the second floor. We also travelled light, noting that the hometel has a washer and dryer. However, it would be quite inconvenient for families travelling with elderly. 3) Taxi drivers do not know the name of the hometel and because addresses are in English on google search, they have issues reading it unless we translate to Thai.

We booked this hotel in June '23 after securing our ticket to watch the Coldplay Music of the Spheres World Tour in Rajamangala Stadium. Here's my view of this place. LOCATION The location of the accommodation is superb! It's just a minute's walk to the BTS Phra Khanong Station. The building was located right behind the Summerhill Mall; you can't barely miss it. At first, I thought we'd be hearing loud noises since the hotel is just several steps away from the main road, but surprisingly, the traffic noises are not that loud, and it's still acceptable. They also provided earplugs in the room for us to freely use in case we can't stand the noises. There is also a 24-hour minimarket across the street, plenty of street food in the surrounding neighbourhood, a pharmacy next to the hotel building, and a spa/massage just on the right of the entrance to the hotel. BREAKFAST The breakfast is free to grab in the pantry on the second floor. It's not fancy, but enough to start your day with toast, bread, cereal, and even tropical fruits. There's also a coffee machine in this pantry that you can use. There are also snacks in the pantry if your tummy calls for light meals at night. Overall, the location is strategic, reachable by any transportation, and hard to miss. The only regret I have is that I didn't stay long enough in Bangkok, but I would definitely consider this place in my future visit to this city.

The stairs to reach the upper floor. We stayed in room #6 (Tea Party) on the third floor of the building. If you get your room on the second floor and above, you must carry your luggage to your room as there is no elevator in the building. This is the only downside that I experienced in this accommodation. It's not that big of case for me. But if you're travelling with your parents, older people, or someone with a knee problem, you might want to request a room on the ground floor.

The location to the BTS was excellent. There was also a supermarket and two areas with food carts near by. This made it very easy to feed everyone for dinner. The room was very clean and comfortable for all of us. Our kids really liked being able to shut the curtain on their bunk bed. There was a simple breakfast every morning that worked really well for a family and included good coffee. There were also snacks available during the day. It was handy to be able to wash and dry clothes and it was great to have washing powder easy to access. We really enjoyed our stay!

The only downside is the noise from traffic but this is a balancing act when you also want easy access to transport.

Room: 10/10 The room design is good. I like the uniqueness of the room. Location: 9/10 neart BTS phra khanong station Breakfast: 7/10 Free bread, jam, fruits, cereals,.milk, coffee, teas, hot choco etc. Just go to the second floor.

Staff: Friendly, nice but this hotel has got only 1 staff so whenever you want an assistant it is difficult to find or call someone. The heater stopped working, I cannot charge my phone in my room because the sockets are not working. I have to go outside to charge my phone. It happened the last day of my stay but still we have time before checked out. I want to rate 7/10 because of this issue. If someone needs to iron clothes she cannot use it because the sockets are not working even the fridge because no electricity from the sockets. No elevator. If your room is in 2nd to 4th floor you have to use the stairs. But the hotel itself is beautiful. Luckily we are on the 1st floor.
