Booked 3 deluxe rooms with breakfast. Courteous  helpfull and friendly  staff all around  im particular all female receptionsts. Location is Just touching BTS station Prah Konnang ,very convenient to commute if you know the BTS and MRT public transport system bangkok Well maintained nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Stayed there for a week. We paid a deposit of 1000 baht per room  on check in but it was fully refunded on check out. They have go green policy. Nice hot and cold water pools, and  Jacuzi Steam and Sauna. Over all a decent and very good hotel.

Found one male reception Staff on day duty unfriendly  and rigid, did not check his name. He requires little training on customer care. SAUNA was not working.

The location of the hotel is perfect as you can walk to the BTS Sky Train station. The room was big and clean. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as it had a variety of both English and local cuisine.

The staff at the reception were so unfriendly and unhelpful. We arrived after a very long flight from South Africa and were not met with a friendly reception at all! Even during the course of our stay the reception staff were not great.

Central location, right in front of BTS which was very convenient. Many coffee shops and convenient stores near by as well as restaurants and street vendors. I particularly loved the pool and jacuzzi at the hotel. We booked a sky suite room which was huge. We had family and friends visiting us and the room was perfect.

I wish for the hotel to provide better coffee selection in-room such as Nespresso machine. As well as iron plus ironing board. (I know it’s available upon request but would be nice to already be available)

An aging beauty would be the right word. We had a suite with a terrace and a pool and only breakfast at the hotel. Furniture and appliences are a little bit old, but well mantained. Breakfast wasn't 5 star Europe style, but pretty much ok for us. We would book again. There is a small shrine and a minimart just outside the hotel. A sky train station with an atm is also just a few meters away. The spa was nice, staff was friendly and understanding even though I made some problems for them with wanting to pay with credit card. The hotel staff was accomodating and no problems with communication. We had a night flight back and spent the evening in the spa, while our luggage stayed with the hotel.

The hotel has mostly asian (chinese) tourists and breakfast is very asian oriented. Some of those guests have "fantastic" dining manners leaving plates half full of food and talking on a phone while eating. Coffee from the automat was pretty bad. The location is a bit far away from the main sights and there is always horrible traffic. Sky train is full to the brim in the rush hour, don't count on that as a quick way to get back.

We had a pool suite with a fantastic view of Bangkok. The room was large and the outdoor space was great. It is a quiet area of Bangkok but easily accessible with the BTS service literally out the front.

The only actual shower in the room was outside in a cupboard next to the pool. There was a bath with a hand held shower head but it was so low you had to sit to use it. Organizing transfers was a nightmare. I booked an airport pickup 2 weeks in advance and they cancelled the day before because we had not ‘confirmed’ although they never contacted to confirm.. much cheaper and easier (half the price)to get a taxi. On the way out, the transfer ‘limousine service’ forgot, and we had to wait half an hour for them to come at 4.30am. Not really good enough for the price.

The location is very good. Phrakhanong BTS station is right outside the entrance. Many food stalls are close by. The pool was clean and the warm hydro pool inside was still in good condition. Buffet breakfast had a lot of selections.

Small breakfast area so needed to time properly when there are tour groups staying otherwise needed to queue up for table. Only a few Gym equipment and there is no alcohol or wipe to clean before/after use the machine. Not many amenities provided in the room and refilling some of them needed to call and ask ie soap, cotton tips but no issue.

Location with BTS Sky Train Station right in front of hotel. Breakfast Selections. Spacious Rooms. Plenty of space to put our luggages and to move around freely. Friendly staff and service.

Plenty of cupboards but not enough hangers for 4x occupants to hang our clothes. Only provided 3 hangers. Only one charging point between two beds. Not enough vanity space to put toiletries. Don’t like the frosted glass open bathroom and toilet for travellers sharing a room who are not family or the same sex could be uncomfortable with no closing doors for privacy.

LOCATION: It's right next to BTS Phra Khanong and near shops and restaurants which was very convenient during our stay there. ROOM: The room was clean and spacious with its own kitchenette and a separate bedroom from the main room with 2 bathrooms. Some parts of the room and furniture were a little dated, but functional and comfortable to suit our needs. STAFF: The concierge, the front desk staff, and housekeeping staff were all warm, welcoming, and accommodating to our needs. No issues here. AMENITIES: Unfortunately, we did not use any of the amenities this hotel provided such as the pool, hotel restaurant, etc. so I cannot give a fair assessment concerning the amenities.

This is just an observation, but my recent room service order over the hotel phone got a bit lost in translation. I had asked for a ham and cheese sandwich, but the staff asked how I wanted my meat cooked—which caught me off guard. I simply replied, “However you normally prepare a ham and cheese sandwich.”...then there was a long awkward pause then click. When my order arrived, it turned out to be a burger instead. I accepted it without complaint since I wasn’t feeling picky and was too hungry to go through the hassle of getting it corrected. In the end, I ate the burger to satisfy my hunger. I’ll chalk this one up to my own fault, as ordering online through their hotel QR code menu app would have likely avoided the mix-up in the first place.

Great staff. The breakfast was exceptional. I loved the location. The train station and bus stops are near by, but you rarely hear any. I have stayed in this area before. It was great doing a re-visit to the same area as I took my daughter and Grandson with me this trip. (So much easier if you already know the good places to go and how to get around). It was a bonus knowing some of the shop owners, massagers etc. (Massage 71). 500 meters from the Jasmine. The best massages and people you could ever want to meet. They need to do some maintenance to the Gyproc on the ceiling of the inside pool area, also some pipes near the outside pool that have been eaten away, probably by the chlorine. Other than that, you can't fault the place. It is very well run and the staff are all great.

Didn't have the breakfast as it was too expensive and there are plenty of local cafes etc. The hotel was right next to the BTS which was very handy

The Sauna was not working and the pool was not very big, however you don't go to Bangkok to swim in the hotel
