Modern building, very comfortable beds. Quiet at night. Handy shuttle to nearby local facilities.

Could do with a swimming pool. Had 2 adjoining rooms rather than family room we expected. Not enough seating area. Transport to airport very expensive.

The room/apartment I was in was a good size studio. Large shower/toilet/bathroom, washing machine in room, clean functioning kitchen. Basic breakfast was included, pretty basic but has eggs fried/scrambled, sausages, bread/toast, salads, fruits, yogurts, tea/coffee/juice etc some sort of beef dish, mixed rice and everything is buffet style, as I said basic but more than acceptable for myself. The location is a bit remote but this is why I choose these types of hotels, generally more peaceful, 10 min walk to BTS or a 2 min motorbike ride. Great Mall in the area for a bit of modern life indulgence.

Gym room could do with a service and at least one more cardio machine. Was quiet when I was there but you only need more than one person in there and already there is a wait for machines. Not a huge problem but that was really my only issue.

Location was amazing and they are providing free shuttle service every hour to 3 near landmarks Staff are polite, helpful and professional

There is 2 buildings (the main A building with hotel reception and restaurant & B building which is 2 buildings away from the main building) it wasn't convenient enough (breakfast is in the main building, shuttle, Taxis and so on...) my main issue is that it didn't mention while boking that there are 2 building and give us choice Note: while check-in they mentioned that the rooms in building B is bigger then the main building but later we found out that both buildings have the same room size!

Room with enough space for two. Good location, close to Bitec and, as I discovered: Close to a public pool with olympic sized pool. 60bht for a nice morning swim.

Hard to find nice restaurants. Walk to BTS station no fun.

Excellent facility, cleanliness, and staff. Kitchen is a real bonus. Good parking availability. Walking distance or hourly hotel shuttle to shops, restaurants, BTS Skytrain and taxi if needed.

Not offered breakfast, didn't know it was available. Housekeeping was the only weakness, request to make up room sign hung on door was not acknowledged, water replacement left at door, but coffee other amenities were not replaced. Everything is clean, but there are noticable stains on furniture, floor, and elevator carpet.

The staff are a selling point for the Wellness. Two examples. 1. When I advised them that we were a party of 3, 2 adults and a 17yo teen, they didn't try to charge me an extra B900 for the teen, (as another hotel I approached before Wellness tried to do), but offered me a free room upgrade so we would have more space and be more comfortable. 2. We checked out and the always correct teen forgot their ear buds. The staff phoned me before we had realised the mistake and offered to post the buds on to us. How good is that?

I marked the facilities down because this is not an hotel with restaurants, bars, pool, it is more akin to staying in a condo apt. A clean, comfortable condo with kitchenette and very friendly and helpful staff. So not a negative just an explanation for my rating.

We booked this place to rest during our 12 hour layover in Bangkok because we had two very long flights ahead of us but we didn’t want to just stay near the airport and we didn’t regret it! I already want to go back to Bangkok and spend a few days in this hotel and explore the area (close to the Ancient City!) The bed was comfortable and there was a gym upstairs, we loved having a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave because we just got some food from a nearby 7-11 and microwaved it. There are also a few little restaurants right across the street from the hotel. The staff at the reception were nice and helped us book a taxi to go back to the airport

Couldn’t stay longer!!!

It is in a small soi off Soi Bearing. There are three buildings next to each other. We parked at building 3 and stayed in building 1 where the reception and breakfast room are. The walk from the parking to the reception was pretty short and well paved. Easy to roll our trollies. Our room was small but well equipped and decorated. Aircon was quiet and easy to regulate. Bed was comfortable. We slept so well here. No street noise. Just a short distance to Samrong BTS station. If we have things to do in Bangkok next time we will certainly stay here.

One small remark. Shower room floor is one flat surface throughout perhaps to avoid guests tripping. This means the floor on the non-shower section becomes wet after the shower.

Located outside in a quiet side street, we used the free daily shuttle, e.g. to BiTec, shopping center, etc.. From there, cabs, trains or TucTucs are inexpensive. The travel agency and the wellness area with massage offers in the house is great. Breakfast is plentiful, and there are other places nearby to enjoy local cuisine. We are very grateful to have found this friendly and very accommodating hotel team for our business trip.

it takes minimum 45 minutes and between 200-500 Bath each ride to go downtown - river Chao Phraya :)- or also seaside

Its clean and most are not worn out.

Distance to train station is about 15+ minutes walk. Lack of laundry facility. No tuktuk, most are single motorcycle ride, which is not covered by our travel insurance. Several train station away from main tourist areas. Price is not cheap relative to distance to main tourist areas.
