Perfect location as right on the promenade. A tasty selection of homebaked cakes and pastries available at breakfast. Staff are nice and happy to help. Spacious bedroom, with air con and fridge bar available. Free street parking available (but you have to move the car in the evening for town centre events).

Check in is very early - by 7pm, which is unreasonable, especially in the summer. If you arrive after this time, you have to pay a surcharge of 30 euros, which is unheard of and ridicoulously expensive. Shower head was a bit broken.

Amazing location in the city centre and in front of the sea, parking in front of the hotel, new bathroom with a great shower, fantastic continental breakfast with a good selection of sweet and savoury food.

Breakfast was good, staff were lovely, location is great

The bed was very uncomfortable- it is a camping bed with soft mattress. We stayed for a week. I dont think the bed linens were changed at all, which we needed as it was very hot as we slept so we were sweating. One night I slept on top of the bed protector/cover and the next day had many spots on my face. Judging from this I dont think that the bed cover had been washed between guests. I also dont think that the towels were changed often during the week. The floor was only vacuumed once throughout the week which resulted in it being covered in lots of sand which was unpleasant. Our double room only had one chair even though it is for two people, so we couldn't sit together. A small table would have also been useful to allow us to drink or eat in the room. It is a shame, because the staff and breakfast were lovely. Edit: after submitting this review I recieved a private message from the hotel saying 'maleducata' which translates as 'rude' or 'poorly educated'. I was very shocked and disappointed to see this behaviour.
