The balcony had a nice view of the mountains, although there wasn't privacy. We were right on top of our neighbors as they were sitting on their balcony. The staff were friendly.

There was no refrigerator in the room. Since we hiked and were outside in the heat, it would have been nice to keep some cold beverages in a refrigerator. The staff were good at providing ice but I had to run to the front desk each time.

Location is perfect on Main Street and you can ski to the hotel and to the lift. No walking Breakfast OK and Price good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is good for a couple of das of skiing .

Rooms are quite small -- but for 2-3 days OK .

Breakfast was excellent. The host was extremely helpful. Our family room there slept 3 adults very comfortably, and had everything we needed. The balcony was a wonderful place to take in the view and socialize with our friends.

the view from the room on to the mountains was incredible, staff was extraordinarily friendly, the hotel is super central and still quite, great breakfast, overall it was an absolutely fantastic stay!

Good location, close to minimart and horizon view. The owner is nice, helpful, friendly, willing give information about Bettmeralp. I appreciate with the hotel service.

very good situation, best view from room number 1, balcony, rather large room, good bedding, wifi OK. real ski to door! Property is run by lovely people, and you can get therapeutic massages if you want. Breakfast is good, you can get eggs too. While climate breakdown hasn't destroyed this, this is about the only place in Switzerland where you have thick snow and not a single car on the streets.

Room 1 access from the outside on an iced stairway is not the best... but manageable. No totally quiet because of the roar of snowcats and other snowmobiles passing from time to time (but usually not before 6am) on the "Altetschpromenade" which is Bettmeralp's main street. No skiroom, your skis will stay outside of the room, and you can take your skiboots inside the room.

kindly upgraded us to a junior suite on requesting a bath not a shower. lovely lady providing a good breakfast.

Great room. Nice view from the balcony. Friendly staff. The room is very cool even in hot August summer time.
