Loved the location and access to beach !! Such a gorgeous view. Kids loved being this close to the beach . Close to stores, ice cream, food choices . Loved they had sand toys for the kids to use.

Was a bit noisy for sure . People above stomping around till about 12am. Bit noisy w Reno’s next door. Nothing major. Def older building w some updates needed . First night we realized our fridge stuff wasn’t cold after being in there all day… husband noticed it wasn’t closing properly the way it was fitted in. He pulled the fridge out a bit and that worked. But friendly guy working and perfect beach location .

The location is amazing, right on the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and lots of space, we came on a slower weekend so were able to get the upper floor room we prefer. Nicely kept overall.

Some of the power outlets could use replacing. They are loose and the plugs would fall out. We forgot to mention while there.

Loved the ocean view and our deck had a path down to the water! Staff was very nice and even gave a bottle of champagne when our toilet flusher broke! Kitchen was also a nice addition, but did not use. Shower water pressure was awesome! Very beautiful location and very close to coffee and restaurants!

Could def use some updates, some old weird holes and peeling pant in the rooms. Fireplace didn’t work. Said there was a beachfront pool and spa but there was not. But for the price, you cannot beat the amazing location and views

Rooms nicer inside that one might expect from outside. Clean, comfortable, thoughtfully furnished. I met a friend from another town and the table and chairs in my room made it easy for us to sit and talk. A short walk to the beach. Convenient location to town.

Refrigerator was loud, but better after I turned down temperature. Motel was completely full and hard to find good parking late evening because several folks had parked over the lines.

Great value, simple, quiet, very clean room w/efficient kitchen [though we didn't use it], powerful hot water in bathroom, queen bed cozy n comfy, good soft but sturdy pillows all with a cozy balcony to have coffee and overlooking the Mighty Pacific Ocean, all for an affordable price what more could you ask for! Last thing we'd only planned on staying two nights but liked it so much decided to stay here on our third (final) night in the area the staff was very accommodating friendly and helpful. Will go out of my way to stay here next time...

Would be nice to have had a restaurant on site or just nextdoor but just a short drive away (3 min) we found a few places to eat..

The motel was in a lovely location right on the beach. We opted not to pay considerable more to have a sea view which I'm now very pleased about as I took violently ill the afternoon we arrived (nothing to do with the motel) and we had to leave a day early because of it. The manager was helpful with everything but was unable to offer any refunds due to it being booked vial booking.com. I would like to go back sometime when I'm in good health to enjoy the area.

I didn't like how high the bed was - I'm 5'1" and found it very difficult to climb on the bed as it was so high. The manger tried giving me a stool which helped a little but since I was sick, I was also quite weak and my husband had to help me whenever I needed to return to bed,.

The location was great and Neil made our stay special with his thoughtful remembrance of our wedding anniversary ❤️. The private picnic benches and Barbecue grills overlooking the beach were an added bonus.

The refrigerator drip tray under the freezer should be checked more often. It was full of water and it had a very large chunk of ice in it. The chairs provided are too short for the computer desk under the TV and I had to use my pillow in the chair as a booster. Fortunately it was not too hot out but, with no air conditioning, we still had to leave the window fully open while we were in the room.

The hotel manager was the best; he welcomed us when we arrived late and gave us some great tips as we departed the next day. The rooms were large and cozy. I loved this motel and wish I could find more like it.

I'm not sure what we didn't like; we only stayed about 24 hours. The motel was great, the manager was great, and the location was great. It is not easy to find a good hotel in these smaller towns, but this one is a no brainer. Loved it!

I asked for just an inexpensive room because friends from Oklahoma were in the RBR & at capacity. I used room only for sleeping. I had asked for a tub so if it rained I could have a hot bath, but not time to use it. Only comment is the first night I practically froze. I know rooms can get a little damp but there was no heat source except leaving the heat lamp in bathroom on, thank goodness you had an extra blanket, I put on my sweats to get warm @ 3 am, even drank my only 1 pack of coffee at 3 am to get warm. I told the lady in office (Colleen?) & somehow night 2 was warmer & extra coffee for hot drink. I was facing NeaKaunie not oceanfront because as I said I spent time with friends at RBR the room was very sufficient for my needs thank you

The room was chilly with no heat source except bathroom heat lamps

Great location and incredible beach view. We received a warm welcome by the owners, and he was kind enough to give us a ground floor unit so I didn't have to climb stairs with my knee bothering me. We will definitely be back for another stay!
