Can't beat the view! Charming area, access to beach. People in the area are friendly. The value for this close to the ocean and the amazing view from our room is spot on. Soaps and lotion were provided and coffee. Beds were comfy, and that's all I needed. The rest of the time I would spend walking the beach or out on the patio admiring the view. I would loved to have stayed for more than one night!

The room itself could use some tlc. Floors were a little rough, but clean. Outside furniture, definitely a bit weather beat and bleached. Stairs could be stabilized. So much potential!

Quiet location. Great ocean view from my room. Room well maintained and clean with plenty of towels. Bed well made and comfortable. TV with cable, DVD player, coffee maker, and refrigerator/freezer clean and ready to use. Small basket of fixin's and supplies available for coffee maker. NOTE to staff: PLEASE add a few disposable spoons to this basket... I didn't have any with me! 😣. However, with some creativity, I made do! 😏 If you're able to view the photo attached to my review, this was taken at sunset from the balcony of my room... No kidding. FYI: The balcony had a table and seating for two. 🤗

Everything met, or exceeded, my expectations. One minor quibble, though. My stay was in January, and the Oregon coast can be quite cold at this time of the year. The heat was off in my room when I arrived... and I do understand the economics of the situation. Check-In time is 4:00 PM, and as I had confirmed my reservation, if the heat had been turned on in my room at that time I would've felt much more "at home" when I finally did arrive that evening. Thank you!

The management was very understanding and accommodating to a last minute booking. The manager is a no nonsense type with a definite soft streak and very humorous. She was happy to meet my needs and make sure my stay felt comfortable and her manner far exceeded my expectations.

There isn't much to complain about. The location is perfect, the lodging is clean and cozy. Perhaps the floor in the bathroom had become a bit worn, but what a useless thing to complain about with such a view, comfortable bedding and clean and cozy surroundings.

Location was perfect for exploring the Three Capes and Tillamook Bay. Great views of Netarts Spit Pet friendly

Not a dislike just missing some items in the kitchen like dish towels and pot holders. The curtain panels in the living room don’t connect fully to block out the street light in order to get to sleep at night. During the day I loved having them wide open

The location is excellent for anyone who wants to be close to a beach. I actually found I enjoyed the beach on the bay more than the ocean...less wind. The proximity to crabbing and clamming was great. The views (although not from my non-view cottage) were great. Pet friendly was a huge bonus. The staff weren't just friendly, they went above and beyond and I really appreciate them.

It wasn't new... but the price reflects that. Good value so I'm not complaining.

View from the balcony was amazing! Could hear the ocean waves and enjoyed a beautiful sunset! Room was spacious and comfortable. Location outside of town and close to other scenic spots such as Cape Meares lighthouse.

Screen door on slider to balcony did not slide easily but I just left it open...not a huge issue for me.

I loved it except the bathroom door and the hideaway bed in the couch. The bathroom door needs latch and the second bed in the room needs to be comfortable. New manager is very helpful. I will be back. I love the area👌thank you

My friend and I loved the character and simplicity of the property and neighborhood. The little grocery store was a great added bonus. The fact that it was in a residential area and super quiet, beautiful view of the water from our big front window.— wonderful!

Reception at front desk unwelcoming at first, but apology later. Rep there had some issues with computer and some booking errors (not any with us) that were understandably frustrating.

The layout of the cottage was beautiful inside. And the excellent location with partial water view was awesome! We could live here! The photos online do not even do the listing justice! Also enjoyed keyless entry and being able to arrive later with no fuss.

The floor turned our bare feet black. And our cottage number wasn't displayed, so we drove in circles around the entire property a few times. And parking was very tight.

View of the ocean, access to beach. Nice, friendly coffee shop (Seaworthy Coffee) close enough to walk to. Texting to communicate with management worked well.

Locking system on balcony slider was inoperable. Needs ice buckets.
