They have a very nice breakfast menu that you pre-order. They are renovating the motel, and the look is quite nice. Location, access, and cleanliness are all top-notch The counter staff were all helpful and friendly.

No in-room coffee. Their very good coffee was located in the lobby. The room was sparsely furnished. One table with a heavy marble top and two metal chairs. One chair to sit in, with no table. The tile on the floor is very uneven (hallway and entry) and someone with mobility issues could be greatly impacted. Our in-room refrigerator was on that tile, and was unevenly set; its foot came off twice.

The location is excellent for Tillamook area adventuring and right down the street from Tillamook Creamery. The facility is undergoing some renovations, but I believe my room was one that has had those updates - or most of them - completed, and it still felt dated. A more modern designer could have done better. The water pressure was awesome, and the front desk staff couldn't have been more pleasant. The rate was a bit high considering the quality of the property, but it is in the center of tourist area so I understand that. I would stay here again because it's likely the best in Tillamook.

Super comfortable bed and the room was very nice looking. The lobby is pretty, the staff are friendly, and there is a pool. It's nice they have breakfast available. The breakfast burritos are hardy and a nice touch.

Elevator was out during our stay making it difficult to open the staircase doors while carrying our stuff, the staircase area is narrow and not updated, so it had old carpet, I wish the lobby was set up for a traditional continental breakfast rather than having to put an order in the night before and taking it back to the room, the room didn't have it's own coffee pot and I didn't like the flavor of the coffee in the lobby, and the bath tub is very narrow. It was challenging trying to get the lights on in the room. No light switch for the main area, had to walk in the semi dark up to each lamp to light it.

Excellent front desk staff both checking in and out. Room was fine, swimming pool was nice. Breakfast was excellent and had us craving more. The location was great for what we were doing there. Overall a great visit.

Check in was too late. 4:00. At least make check in at 3:00 like most places, please. To check in early was an additional fee. We came later, but would have preferred to get settled sooner. Bed was pretty hard, but I know many people prefer a super firm bed, so that's kind of picky on our part, probably. Those are my only complaints.

We had a nice, spacious room. Our breakfast order was also taken the night before and ready at our chosen time. Great location too; I would stay here again.

The hotel is in the process of renovating. The hot tub was not available. It was also a little hard to tell if we were in a newly renovated room based on the unique flooring choices. There was a clunky tile at the entrance of the room and luggage doesn’t roll quietly on it. I hope that is getting an upgrade!

I had seen from other reviews that the elevator was not working and it was clear that the receptionist was incredibly nervous when she mentioned this. People have obviously been giving her a hard time because of it. We only had to carry our suitcases up one floor but the room was absolutely huge. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. I dont stay in a hotel to spend time in the elevator so I enjoyed our stay here.

Honestly dont remember anything that I didnt like. Was a big room with a big bed, heaps of space for suitcases and was comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. There was a table and two chairs as well as a microwave and mini fridge. The air conditioner worked well. The black out shades a nice touch. The bathroom had plenty of vanity space and the water pressure was good. The indoor pool was very nice. Breakfast needed to be ordered the night before and was limited to a breakfast sandwich, burrito or English muffin. Coffee and tea were available. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the Tillimook Cheese Factory - a great place to visit.

A better continental breakfast is needed. The pre-ordering of breakfast means pre-made food. My English muffin was cold and barely toasted. A selection of muffins, bagels and other breakfast breads would meet the needs of the guests better than what is offered now. My room was right next to the elevator and I could hear the dings of the elevator opening and closing. It eventually stopped as the night went on but was very annoying earlier in the evening.m

Breakfast was perfect, as I ordered. Room was great (not used to king size bed, is all). Staff was super great !!!!!!! Perfect (sidewalk all the way) walking distance to downtown. Great places to eat. Very nice little town. Room was clean and perfect. Will definetly stay there again if ever in Tillamook.

Toilet was really low for elderly and hard to get on and off of, the salt water (great) pool was cold) but a nice treat.

*Staff" was Super friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Hot Breakfast Take-out menu was an appreciated surprise.

This is expressing a "surprise" rather than a "dis-like"...The rooms do not have telephones (I'm sure almost all guests have cell-phones), so they don't have automated "wake-up call" services. They do, however, offer to take guest's cell-phone numbers and make personal wake up calls that way.

The room was very clean, spacious, with a nice sized flat-screen t.v., microwave, nice sized refrigerator and freezer, and coffee kurig style. The beds were soo comfortable! The bathroom was very roomy with a tub large enough to soak in! Plenty of hot water! The staff was amazing. They serve an adequate and tasty breakfast that has a menu you get to chose from. Always tea and coffee available. I left a suitcase there by accident, I know, who does that! They were kind enough to put it aside until I could go back and get it! The prices were very reasonable.

There was nothing to find fault with! This is a great place to stay!
