Pretty dated but sparkling clean room! I always turn down the sheets, turn over pillows, and check for hairs in the corner of the bathroom floors and found none! Room was also fairly large with full sofa.

No elevator and stairway was narrow so a little difficult to maneuver bags upstairs. $28 per night fee for a small dog seemed a bit steep. No immediate outside area to take dogs to potty. Had to walk across parking lot and around "no pets" area to get to area to let dog potty. Vacant restaurant and big part of building (assuming it was previously a pool) was literally boarded up with plywood and cardboard over the windows and kind of creepy

The room was nice and comfortable and had good towels and products..the hotel smelt nice as their was construction in some areas of the hotel.

Letting people know prior to booking that the pool is closed permanently instead of receiving an email the day after, Better pillows and when making sure we didn’t leave anything we looked under the bed and found some underwear from the previous person that rented the room..maybe have housekeepers look under the bed when cleaning the room, floors were dirty maybe mop and vacuum laminate flooring..

The welcome was great, we were expected, everything was well explained and processed quickly. The staff member on duty was really professional but personable too. He went above and beyond by investigating what turned out to be a noisy boiler and relocating us immediately to another room. Really good customer service and helpful staff.

The noisy boiler was an issue but it was resolved for us immediately and to our satisfaction. Thank you.

The room had everything we needed and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. No breakfast due to remodeling. No pool or hot tub due to remodel.

The room was comfortable, but needed remodel, but that is in progress. I made my reservation thru Bookings.com, and I thought I asked for a pet room and had to pay an extra $33 per night when I got there. And I didn't get credit for no breakfast, hot tub or pool.

Everything was easily accessible. Nice and quiet.

Check in was very slow, waited 20 minutes after being told it would be ready at 4 then when I got to my room housekeeping was still in there finishing up. There was also a beetle crawling around on the nightstand next to the bed that went under the lamp so I couldn't get it then found it the next day on my pillow. Told the desk clerk at check out and their response was like it was normal to have bugs in the rooms. Didn't make for very restful sleep. Also no hot tub available, disappointed with that.

Room was clean. Good value and location as far as things to do in Tillamook. Only a 10 minute drive to Oceanside Beach. They offer an unadvertised "grab and go" breakfast, which is just coffee/tea/juice/water, some fresh fruit, and muffins/cookies. Not enough for a breakfast fanatic, but a nice surprise for us.

The bathroom door didn't latch shut, so it would just come open even when "locked". The beds seemed ok, but I woke up with back pain each morning. The pool area is kind of scuzzy, and the hot tub is permanently closed. The on-site restaurant is also closed.

Someone must have left the door of the refrigerator open which caused the freezer section to go into overdrive, making too much ice which "iced" the door so I had to yank it very hard for it to open. I spent at least 5 mins. chipping away at the ice in order to close the door again. Would suggest a sign be placed to "make sure the door is closed" to prevent this from happening again. Also, the button to push to activate the shower was stuck and I had to use all my strength to get it to activate.

Great location near Tillamook Cheese Factory. Staff was kind. They're remodeling. But off the lobby, they have several aquariums, and they have Axolotyls!!! You don't find that everywhere. It really made our day

It had up-to-date interiors and was clean outside and in for the most part. It allowed pets.

The blanket on my bed smelled like someone who hadn't finished taking their bath. I asked the housekeeping people to wash it when we left. The deadbolt didn't work on the door.

Staff very professional and nice (especially 7/6/24 night manager). Room spacious and very clean. Quality in-room coffee (Boyd's). Reservation handled accurately. Bed comfortable.

Lobby appearance is not real attractive -- needs upgrading. Parking very limited on full-house night. Overall outside appearance not great.
