Super comfortable bed and the room was very nice looking. The lobby is pretty, the staff are friendly, and there is a pool. It's nice they have breakfast available. The breakfast burritos are hardy and a nice touch.

Elevator was out during our stay making it difficult to open the staircase doors while carrying our stuff, the staircase area is narrow and not updated, so it had old carpet, I wish the lobby was set up for a traditional continental breakfast rather than having to put an order in the night before and taking it back to the room, the room didn't have it's own coffee pot and I didn't like the flavor of the coffee in the lobby, and the bath tub is very narrow. It was challenging trying to get the lights on in the room. No light switch for the main area, had to walk in the semi dark up to each lamp to light it.

Excellent front desk staff both checking in and out. Room was fine, swimming pool was nice. Breakfast was excellent and had us craving more. The location was great for what we were doing there. Overall a great visit.

Check in was too late. 4:00. At least make check in at 3:00 like most places, please. To check in early was an additional fee. We came later, but would have preferred to get settled sooner. Bed was pretty hard, but I know many people prefer a super firm bed, so that's kind of picky on our part, probably. Those are my only complaints.

I had seen from other reviews that the elevator was not working and it was clear that the receptionist was incredibly nervous when she mentioned this. People have obviously been giving her a hard time because of it. We only had to carry our suitcases up one floor but the room was absolutely huge. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. I dont stay in a hotel to spend time in the elevator so I enjoyed our stay here.

Honestly dont remember anything that I didnt like. Was a big room with a big bed, heaps of space for suitcases and was comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. There was a table and two chairs as well as a microwave and mini fridge. The air conditioner worked well. The black out shades a nice touch. The bathroom had plenty of vanity space and the water pressure was good. The indoor pool was very nice. Breakfast needed to be ordered the night before and was limited to a breakfast sandwich, burrito or English muffin. Coffee and tea were available. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the Tillimook Cheese Factory - a great place to visit.

A better continental breakfast is needed. The pre-ordering of breakfast means pre-made food. My English muffin was cold and barely toasted. A selection of muffins, bagels and other breakfast breads would meet the needs of the guests better than what is offered now. My room was right next to the elevator and I could hear the dings of the elevator opening and closing. It eventually stopped as the night went on but was very annoying earlier in the evening.m

The room was very clean, spacious, with a nice sized flat-screen t.v., microwave, nice sized refrigerator and freezer, and coffee kurig style. The beds were soo comfortable! The bathroom was very roomy with a tub large enough to soak in! Plenty of hot water! The staff was amazing. They serve an adequate and tasty breakfast that has a menu you get to chose from. Always tea and coffee available. I left a suitcase there by accident, I know, who does that! They were kind enough to put it aside until I could go back and get it! The prices were very reasonable.

There was nothing to find fault with! This is a great place to stay!

Great location, large, comfortable room. Our room was spotless. We liked the contemporary decor. Our room had been recently updated and was very nice. Great beds, high quality linens, plush towels. We even had a nice territorial view of farms, mountains and the Wilson River. Lots of parking and convenient luggage carts. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool looked really nice. Breakfast included!

Our room was right next to the elevator, and it was noisy outside of our room at times, but didn’t affect our sleep.

The hotel overall and the room we were in was very clean. It is clear that there is an excellent housekeeping staff.

The floor in the room we were in had just had laminate flooring installed prior to our stay. The floor itself is uneven in spots which lead to the floor "sinking" in spots when you stepped on it. While a breakfast sandwich was available to preorder the night before, I was hoping for more than just coffee to be available in the morning.

I was very happy with our family’s stay at the Ashely Inn! The staff were exceptional and I noticed multiple occasions of them going above and beyond for all guests! Our room was clean, the pool was warm and clean, the breakfast was tasty, and it felt safe. As a repeat Tillamook traveler and a first time Ashley Inn guest I wasn’t sure what to expect, and to say the least we’ll be back!!

Lift wasn't working and we were upstairs so this was a real inconvenience to us. No coffee machine in room but there was free coffee available in reception 24 hours. Continental breakfast advertised but we were offered a choice of 4 cooked breakfast Muffins which were tasty but was different to what we were expecting.

The location is perfect, right by Fred Myer and the Cheese Factory. The staff were perfectly friendly, the room was large, and the bed was comfortable. They had a refillable shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser for the shower, which I actually prefer to the little plastic bottles (less waste) and the soaps all smelled nice. There was indeed and fridge and a microwave, though we only used the fridge. Plenty of towels for us to shower when we got back from the beach. And the tv had plenty of channels with enough variety to keep us entertained for the evening.

The only two things that I can critique are the bed frame seemed a bit cheap and was so squeaky loud with every single movement. That and there was no coffee maker in the room. They had tea varieties available in the lobby along with a large hot water thermos, but when I tried to make myself tea, it was empty. I let the front desk know and figured I would just use the coffee maker in my room to get the hot water only to discover there was no coffee maker. This is a really small critique and all in all it was a very pleasant stay.
