Breakfast was great. Excellent array of choice. I loved the South Indian filter coffee. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

I found the air conditioning too cold. In my room I adjusted the setting for my comfort but in the breakfast area and in the pool lounge I had to wear a wool shawl. We were disappointed with the quality of the meat in the hamburgers. The beef was tough and tasteless. We were also disappointed that there is no alcohol served in the ground floor restaurant. We expected to be able to get a glass of wine in all restaurants in a 5 star hotel of the Marriott standard.

The hotel location and the room space and also the lovely staff from the main entrance up to end services all of them they're smiling and very helpful especially @ reception Ms CHINGNEAU was a super servant, Also the guest relations lady staff.

The restaurant buffet was mostly an indian food which is need to add some more of the continental food, also the golf cart pickup and drop pack to the hotel from the Lulu center need a direct internal contact line at Lulu drop point so guests can call directly to hotel when they finished and ask for a Pickup to.

It was our first visit to Kochi and Marriott Kochi made as very welcomed, if you like shopping there is one of the best malls in Kochi just 2 minutes walking or if you wish they will provide a shuttle. Although we only booked the room they provided us complimentary breakfast for the 3 nights we stay there as well as access to executive lounge access. The cleaning standards are very high and the staff of the hotel is not only friendly but also very efficient. The breakfast focuses on mostly local specialities so if this is your first contact with Indian culture you want to do a bit of research in order to be prepared. Our room had a lovely big window with a panoramic window overlooking the city and the railway. If we ever return to Kochi we will be choosing Marriott again for sure, the price quality ratio is a very good one as well.

During our recent stay at the Kochi Marriott Hotel, we experienced exceptional hospitality and impeccable service that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The valet parking team was prompt and courteous, making the check-in process seamless. They handled my vehicle with care and ensured I didn’t have to worry about parking, which is always a relief after a long journey. Upon check-in /check-out the hotel, the bell boy (Mr.Amal ) were quick to assist with my luggage. Their friendly demeanor and professional attitude immediately made our feel welcomed and well taken care of. At the reception, we were greeted warmly by the team(Ms Shijina), who handled our check-in efficiently. They provided all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. A special mention to the customer relationship team (Ms. Rose, Ms.Haneena & Ms Hadhi), give us a surprise for our wedding Anniversary and make it a memorable one . We felt like we were enjoying our Honeymoon in Kochi Marriot . The room was immaculate, thanks to the diligent work of the room boys (Mr. Ajit AK, Mr. Sujith and Mr. Sabari ), who maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout my stay. My requests for additional toiletries and room service were met with a smile and quick delivery. Also expressing our gratitude to all Chefs at Kochi Marriott for an amazing breakfast . Overall, the Kochi Marriott Hotel stands out for its well-trained and hospitable staff. Their collective effort in providing exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. All the facilities were very good, staff was exceptional ! Breakfast buffet was classy with variety of options, as was the lunch buffet spread. Did not use the pool, so cannot comment but looked well maintained. We enjoyed the time at the pool bar though, once again excellent service They had complementary buggy ride to the Lulu Mall which was very convenient for guests staying at the hotel. Finally check in and check out was very fast and smooth even though we could notice there were quite a lot of guests. It was a festive atmosphere at the lobby with the Christmas decor. Will definitely return again !

Couldn’t find any fault

Fabulous hotel, and we have stayed many 5 star hotels around the world. The staff in particular were first class, very friendly and attentive. The breakfast offering was excellent. The restaurant Kerla Kitchen is also outstanding for a hotel. We are generally wary of hotel restaurants, but this is an exception. Just fantastic food and service. Our thanks to Chef Faisal and his team. Overall, we enjoyed this hotel thoroughly and would recommend to any friends or family. Well done Marriot, you have a true gem here!

Very little!

The location is good. The staff is the best as I was staying for 2 nights and got a heavy fever ay mid night and was not able to order medicines. So i asked them for health and they sent a staff to a pharmacy to get me medicines which helped me alot. I am grateful for their service Also their restaurant Kochi Kitchens serves delicious food and the buffet is very affordable. This is my second stay in 1 year and I genuinely loved their service and hospitality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel facilities to be excellent. However, there were a few minor issues worth noting. Typically, hotels provide two room keys, but we received only one at check-in. Also, the iron box in Room 1723 was leaking. On a brighter note, the breakfast was outstanding—special thanks to Banarasi and Chef Ajith for their warm and attentive service. We also had a delightful Kerala dinner at Cassava. Thank you to everyone who assisted us and made our stay truly special.

We had a great experience at Kochi Kitchen! The breakfast buffet had a fantastic spread with a variety of options, but it was quite crowded. However, the dinner was a much better experience, The highlight of my trip, though, was the Elayil Oonu at Cassava—an absolutely incredible experience! The traditional flavors, the authentic presentation, and the overall ambiance made it truly special. Every dish was perfectly prepared, making it a must-try for anyone looking to savor Kerala’s rich culinary heritage.
