We arrived in the middle of the DANA monsoon but found the underground car park easy to locate as well as entry to the hotel complex. Very pleasant staff. Our "room" was a spacious suite, beautifully furnished. Everything was perfect. Hotel just off a magnificent plaza in the charming village of Llerena. Superb building, restored and decorated in a colourful modern style. The food was reasonably priced local cuisine and very tasty. Our doggie was provided with a comfy bed and a bag of treats. Overall, a satisfying experience.

Beautiful building and location just off the square. Plenty of Breakfast choice. Staff excellent and spoke good English.

Tried to eat with our Dig in the bar area which they allow, but only Tapas menu available which we declined. A La Carte would have been lovely as the menu looked very nice .

Suggest it is the best hotel in town. This town has no 'things to do' recommendations and is well out of the way, but if you are staying in the area this hotel will make your stay enjoyable if you take a better room and add a decent dinner. Secure parking and very close to the 'centre'. It was the bit special, but affordable, stop we were looking for.

Fine building, very comfortable bed, relaxed and very professional reception staff. If you ask them, you can access the torre mirador, with its excellent views of the town

A problem with the room lock and magnetic access cards meant we had to change room

Good quality hotel with excellent facilities and pleasant staff. Rooms and beds are large and there is plenty of attention to detail. Car park is extra but is in a private underground garage. Restaurant is excellent, good quality food at a reasonable price. The hotel has both an historic section and a modern extension. It has plenty of character to appreciate.

There really isn't much not to like at this hotel

Good hotel in nice small town. We enjoyed the half board option and thought the menu was interesting and offered a variety of choices. We both enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The building is interesting and we went up to the Mirador.

What a find. This is a sylish, classy hotel serving gourmet food (and we are picky diners) at a remarkable price. Staff helpful and agreeable, dining / breakfast room art-deco wrought iron and artistic coloured glass ceiling. The town, which was new to us, is a little gem. There is a circular walk around the historic centre with old churches, (stork's nests in belfries) and a central square with cafes and bars. But you wouldn't want to eat anywhere other than the hotel for price and quality.

Excellent room and facilities, central location in town, restaurant food of excellent quality, hotel has a lot of character, good night halt for travellers but also an excellent base to explore the region. Staff friendly and helpful. As it is in the old town, the car park was essential.

It is my ideal hotel - 'superb' is the only word for it. The building itself is a gem. An elegant bourgeois town house in the Mudejar style has been modernised and extended in a way that retains all of the elegance. Our room in the modern wing was large, very comfortable and stylishly modern. The staff were charming. A real pleasure to be welcomed by them. Breakfast was a delight served in the lovely restaurant. Simply divine. Who needs Paradors when you have a gem like this?
