I have to mention the staff first, who were amazing. It was our first family holiday with an 8 month old baby and the staff couldn't have done more for us. Roberta on reception really helped us out with a cot and when the air con wasn't working, she got us moved ASAP. Gilberta went out of his way by helping us get nappies when we were running low, Alba and Andrea were fantastic waiting on us during breakfast and dinner. All the time their main focus for us was our baby and her comfort. I have to mention the rest of the staff who I never found out their names, chef, the food was excellent, kitchen staff who was always cheery, the cleaner, as the room was always kept well and maintenance guy, who did his best to get our aircon working in our 1st room and to get the pool working on our last day. The rooms were in really good condition, the location is stunning and the pool area was wonderful for 5 days.

The 1st couple of days trying to sort out the aircon when the outside temp was hitting 40'c but we were moved as soon as a room became available and the last day with no pool. When we did our research it looked like a taxi would cost 20-30 euros, however the taxi is coming from Perugia/Assissi, so you are charged from here. average 60euros, one way. Next time we will hire a car.

Lovely hotel with clean rooms in an ancient village. Staff are kind and very accommodating. Great restaurant with delicious meals!!! Lovely stay, the view from the pool and patio is spectacular!!!

Parking is a challenge if you drive up to the hotel. If you park below the hotel outside of the city, it's easier if you are able to take the stairs that lead straight up to the back entrance.

This is our second stay at this property and we love the quaint quiet walled village it sits. The view from the various balconies of Assisi in the distance with the lights is just magical. Eight of us had dinner here, which was simply fantastic and the breakfast was incredibly satisfactory as well. So if you are looking to stay in a walled village, this is a place to stay!

Nothing really stood as an issue - we did have a bit of attitude with the waiter at dinner, but honestly, some of it could have been on account of the "rude Americans" in our group. Truthfully, I was embarrassed by our "rude American" relatives! So not real issues. The bartender made excellent drinks for us to take to the terrace and see the twinking lights at night.

Breakfast was yum. The staff were very friendly and went out their way to make our stay enjoyable. Views across the valley are great

The AC didn't work very well. More like fan coolers. The staff went out of their way to find us a room with better cooling, which we greatly appreciated.

Amazing views, staff were so friendly and lovely, we had a great time and the breakfast was perfect too. Their restaurant is the best in Bettona, the evening meal was delicious

The hotel was beautiful and the views exceptional.

The town of Bettona really doesn’t have very much there - not even a basic shop and you can walk around in about half an hour.

Air-conditioning wasn't sufficient and we couldn't sleep. The fridge was not working - no cooling whatsoever and contents remained at room temperature.

Situated in the most beautiful village with stunning views! Staff went out of their way to accommodate us as we were attending a wedding at nearby Castello de Rosciano over three days and required to be transported!

Loved the team, friendly , helpful, good quality product all round

Facilities r.g. restaurants with broader opening times but a small point Bed was a bit squeaky but ok

I like the view peace and quiet the staffs were friendly , the food were excellent all in all perfect in every way for choosing the accommodation l like iam iam coming back again in Italy i dont mind to spend my money to your presentable hotel really love it 😊
