The staff were helpful and let us keep our room for an extra 2 hours whilst we waited for an evening flight. They also booked any taxis that we required. Friendly. Restaurant staff very cheerful and helfpul. We didn't use the pool or spa but that was our choice. It was nice to have them available.

Breakfast - a little more choice would have been nice. A little less sweet items and more savoury choices. Room had a SKY instruction card in the room but we were told that SKY was no longer available. That didn't seem consistent. Some lunchtime snacks available to purchase would be an advantage. There is no nearby supermarket if you have no car - we had a long wait as our flight was not until 2120 so from Breakfast time there was no food available.

Beautiful location and clean and comfortable hotel. The restaurant was excellent and the staff very polite, helpful and friendly. A big thank you to Francesca for responding to questions before we arrived and for being so helpful and friendly during our stay!

Use of plastic water bottles. A water station in would be preferable. Everything else was fantastic.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The hotel is located in a very scenic spot, with views of the mountains all around. Assisi is a short drive away. The spa facilities offered many varities of treatment. Breakfast was lovely. Dinner was outstanding.

Food was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, location was great.

We were initially given a room on ground floor (despite photos of the room when booking showing a higher floor). We were immediately given a room on a higher floor (which was great), however expected a better view of Assisi (might have been my expectation based on the description).

This was one of the best hotels that I've stayed in, the location is out of this world and the grounds are unreal with bikes available to ride around the area. The restaurant is world class

Great hotel in a beautifull open location with a superb view on Assisi and mount Subasio. Lots of open space and tranquillity. Special thanks to Fabio for supplying a fantastic gpx route for gravel/road bike. Must come back!

The breakfast was delicous !! With great view Our room si soooo nice and clean with big balcony! You can see the ASSISI…if there is a chance we will come back again..the best christmas to spend here..the hotel is like what in the picture..the staff are very helpfull and very friendly! Thank you for everything we have a great stay in your hotel

Breakfast was good, the room was really nice and quiet. The pool was very nice.

we were a little bit isolated, about a mile from the small town of santa maria and 6 miles from Assisi and we did not have our own means of transportation

Excellent hotel, close to Assisi. We ate every evening in the hotel restaurant which was delicious. Nice breakfast. Bicycles can be borrowed.

This is a modern hotel and golf resort. The reception and spa team were great (helpful and very pleasant). The room was a delight with an external balcony overlooking the golf areas.

Our only disappointment was the restaurant where the service and food were not to the standard that we had expected.
