The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. And the breakfast was excellent. I could see the basilica from my first floor window, so it is a great location, too

There was an ashtray in the room, which made me wonder if it's OK to smoke there. The room smelled fine, though the bathroom had a slight scent of old smoke. Not enough for me to give a poor rating, though.

Room facilities were excellent value for money. Access lift available.Close to church. Some rooms have a good view

Breakfast service was a bit of a disaster Too many people with 3staff. Finished multiple items not restocked. Egg was finished and took over 20 minutes to prepare for 1 person. The breakfast process made us a late start due to staff shortages and insufficient items. Could have left tea coffee and hot water on the side than the staff preparing for every single person.

Excellent staff and very welcoming. Always willing to help when asked ie. restaurant bookings, travel advice, transport information etc. I had to extend my stay at late notice. Was no problem, and the hotel was able to meet the same rates as my original booking and teh bonus of not having to move rooms. I would strongly refer those travelling to Assisi to try this hotel. Until next time!

The breakfast could be a bit better, you get just the basic level, most of the food are sweet prefabricates + toast with ham or cheese. However for this price it is quite OK.

Good communication and helpful staff. Extremely clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Perfect position to go to Assisi. Can't get any better hotel in the area with such a price. For a small charge you have water, fizzy drink and snack in the mini bar which is reloaded daily

There was a wonderful non-denominational church that we attended on the same street walking distance from the hotel (CCB of Assisi). We highly recommend to visit it.

As foreigners we would have appreciated some saltier breakfast options, because we don’t eat sweets for breakfast, but as local Italian breakfast, it was great.☺️

The Hotel is located opposite SANTA MARIA DEGLI ANGELI church , which is close to Assisi Train Station. This is a large church with quiet Piazza outside. By the side of the church, you can take Line C bus to ASSISI SAINT FRANCIS SHRINE

The breakfast was good at the hotel and the staff friendly and helpful. For lunch we recommend the restaurant next door, the La Bella Trattoria degli Angeli! Beautiful décor with Nuccia ceramics that you can buy inside, and great food. The vegetables were so fresh and so good.

Great location. Lots of parking. Very quiet, clean, and helpful staff.

Not much for breakfast that we could eat Both of us can't eat wheat. They also charged for coffee.
