Great location. Very nice room. Fantastic breakfast. Great staff.

I really can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe a few English language TV channels and an in room coffee machine would be nice. Also, some preprinted maps of Assisi and a guide to the buses. Also, if Reception could have some UK EU adapters handy. I was just lucky I had one that work as there are two different standards in Italy.

The breakfast was excellent as well as the place. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly

It was a little far from the train station

We were switched to their sister property Hotel Cenacola a few days before arrival. We were very happy with our stay there. The location was ideal. We walked to both the cathedral in Santa Maria degli Angeles (10 min) and to Assisi( 20 min flat walk until you reach the city - and then uphill) Both places were amazing, breathtaking. The breakfast at the hotel was extensive and delicious. We had a light supper in the restaurant which was also very tasty. The staff throughout, (front desk, restaurant, breakfast) were exceptional. Plenty of parking was available at the hotel. The bed was comfortable and there was a good shower with lovely bath products. Would definitely stay there again

I loved the garden and the style of the hotel overall. The breakfast was very rich and diverse. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was very efficient. The price was definitely excellent value for money even when using the room service for dinner

The staff from casa leone is ffantastic. They do their best to accommodate our request. The restaurant attached to the hotel also provides excellent cuisine. I wish I could have stayed there longer.

The hotel is very close to the train station, it felt safe at all times. I loved the breakfast, there was great variety and the employees in charge were great! I loved that the room was super clean too.

A little noisy due to a big number of youngsters in the building but nothing major.

The open air of the countryside. The rich breakfast. The nice, kind, professional staff. With some of them we really felt as guests of their own home... The big balcony that our room exceptionally had. The big well-shaped garden. the bus stop for Assisi at the garden's door. The short walking distance to the Santa Maria degli Angeli district with the cathedral and numerous restaurants. We strongly recommend this hotel for travelers who want an easy access (short waking distance) to the railway station that allows excursions to nearby villages and Perugia.

We liked the proximity to Assisi, as well as to Perugia and Deruta. Also, all facilities were very modern, clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly!

Generally nothing - just no space in the bathroom to put our toiletries - the sink is just a sink not a vanity
