First of all strategic location, just below the assisi overlooking the historical centre on the hill, very close to mc donalds and train station. And cleanliness which for me important. Then facility, the structure has nice swimming pool with superb view, and very good restaurant.

In the morning the housekeeping staff abit noisy, maybe can consider to put carpet to reduce noise, or ask the staff to not talk too much when doing housekeeping because other guests might be still resting in the room.

Staff were very helpful, the view of Assisi is amazing. The bed was quite comfy, the room was a bit dark( but it was ok as it was very hot the room was fresh). Breakfast very good, the restaurant was very good also. I probably will be back as it is very easy to reach Assisi from there, walking distance to the basilica of St Maria deli Angeli.

The pool wasn’t open (they already notified me) and the weather was fantastic, it could have few Sun Loungers - I was there at the beginning of June -

We were able to check in early as room was available. Reception very helpful . Bus stop just outside the hotel and tickets available from reception. Restaurant on site very convenient and food was varied and good value for money. Good continental breakfast. Bathroom very spacious and convenient for persons with mobility problems.

Great location lots of free parking; outstanding views of Assisi. Great value and one of the best restaurants (best pizza for sure ) in this town; abundant breakfast deal even if you paid 5 euros. We have been coming here for many years to enjoy the family ( now two brothers Giorgio and GianCarlo) run hospitality of BellaVista 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The view was incredible, the food was great, and the atmosphere is safe but fun! The staff was helpful in explaining the town.

The pool hours were short. I would have loved to have tried it in the hot weather. There was no time to grab a swimsuit from town, and there were none for sale at the hotel. It also had a short breakfast time.

The view from the pool is incredible. And the ease of getting to and from Assisi was well worth the stay at this hotel.

The only negative that we experienced was that we had organised breakfast prior to coming to the hotel and when we arrived, we were advised that the breakfast had not been added to our stay, and then upon checking out there was a breakfast charge against the room.

Stayed at a hotel with an absolutely amazing view over the whole of Assisi. The breakfast was really tasty – lots of great options to start the day. Staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home.

Always try to stay at BellaVista for a night when I’m in Assisi! Makes it easy to have a great cena and colazione before heading down to FCO

The hotel is very close to the town of Assisi. Very clean, great view on the hill ( town) , very good meal ( dinner) , having its own parking space and kind staff.
