Mariella, the host, was very welcoming. She picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The room had all the necessities and was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good too - Mariella prepared her very own delicious homemade desserts and for the kids who have more of a savoury taste, she prepared warm bread and ham and cheese. Every day, Mariella suggested places of interest to visit. Place is 15 mins away on foot from the Basilica di Maria degli Angeli and from the square. There are various pizzerias and restaurants in the square. We caught a bus which is 5 mins away from the B&B on foot to go and visit Assisi. Close by there is also a train station from where we caught the train several times to go and visit Perugia and neighbouring Provinces. Area is very quiet and decent and there is a supermarket close by too. For people who come here by car, there is ample space where to park and it is safe.

There is truly nothing what to complain about the host or the place.

Great hostess. She only speaks Italian, luckily so does my husband, so normal communication was possible. The lady explained to us everything we were interested in regarding the place, its history and the surrounding towns. A very friendly lady who served us prepared local specialties every morning. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the Church of Maria di Angeli. Quiet location.

Mariella the host is extremely kind, caring, and willing to help. Experienced hosts and everything is prepared for guests. It is not central Assisi but quiet area with frequent bus going to Assisi, takes around 30mns.

Our hostess Mariella is wonderful, explained everything clearly to us on our arrival, including how to get about and what to see and do in Assisi. and she went great length to accommodate my vegan diet, found and bought vegan milk and biscuits for our breakfast. she really made our stay feel like being at home. highly recommend it, and if we ever go to Assisi again, her place will be our first choice.

The hostess was so welcoming and went beyond what was expected from a B&B. Homemade breads and tarts every morning for breakfast. A history lesson on Assisi together with details of what to see and easiest way to get there and information on local happenings.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Our host was wonderful. She gave us many lessons on how we can enjoy Assisi. She provided guidance on what to see and where to eat. She offered us options on breakfast to be offered and her breakfast was delicious.

location was perfect, and every morning freshly baked bread & sweets, and lots of tips to get around. lots of fun communicating with her translation app :)

Mariella was a gracious and accommodating host. Breakfast was just right: simple and yet, filling. Free parking was also a plus.

There was wifi, but the signal was not too strong in the rooms.

This B&B is beyond perfection! The host is incredible and made my stay in Assisi amazing. If you are having a quiet vacation with family, I definitely recommend staying here.
