Great value for the money. We stayed in the room with hot tub wich was great after daily discovering Umbria. Location is just a few minutes away from Assisi, close also to the other nice places. Staff is nice and friendly, they does their job great, rooms was cleaned daily. Swiming pool was also great in hot days. Breakfast offers variety of selection.

Maybe more local products for breakfast. They use mostly pre-prepaired food, but still you can find something for yourself.

Almost completely new accommodation. Great pool. Lawn still under construction. Management extremely friendly, always willing to help even though language is a bit of a barrier.

Management speaks almost uniquely Italian. Very friendly but this makes conversation, even in English, French or German difficult. No criticism to the services and accommodation but it just makes communication more difficult.

We had a room on the Eastern side of the building and it had such a spectacular view of Assisi. The room was beautiful and very clean. The location was only 9 mins from Assisi which was such a quick drive and yet still far enough away you got to enjoy the peace. Great sound proofing. Good breakfast.

The pool was being renovated, so it was not operational. This wasn't a big deal for us, but also wasn't indicated when booking which could be disappointing for anyone wanting somewhere with a pool.

It is a stone throw away from Assisi and verry near to Perugia. Big pool and the hot tub in the room was excellent.

The possibility to dine at the property should be considered as it could be an asset .A set menu including local typical products could add value to the experience.

The location is superb, very close to assisi and with an amazing view of the city. The breakfast is delicious, with lots of both sweet and salted options. We also enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool to escape the heat wave. The agriturismo is very clean and freshly renovated.

Our room was attached to the breakfast room, so it was very noisy since early morning. The room was very small.

The agritourism is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, yet only 5 mins drive away from Santa Maria Degli Angeli and a few more minutes from Assisi. We had a comfortable room with a magnificent view of Assisi. The view is really breathtaking! The lovely couple who prepare breakfast, Rosanna and Remo, are very kind and friendly persons. Remo prepares delicious home-made cakes everyday and Rosanna makes excellent cappuccinos & scrambled eggs. It was like home away from home. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful property located on farm land and poppy fields at the foot of Assisi. Short drive into Assisi. The facility seemed brand new. Was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. It looks like they are upgrading the property with a new pool.

The hallway rend to be a bit noisy at night.

Everything was perfect! It’s a little bit outside Assisi but still pretty close and the city is very easily reachable in 10 mins driving. All the staff was amazing. There was a little problem at the very beginning but it has been quickly resolved.

Unfortunately we shared 2 day breakfast with a large family with lousy and noisy toddlers, whom made a mess in the hall, zero attention from their parents, NOT applicable to the property.

Location, beautiful view of Assisi in the distance. Quiet, serene. Close to shopping/restaurants/groceries. Recommendations provided by host. Extremely clean. Spacious room and attached bathroom. Both pastries and meats/cheese/breads provided for breakfast. Thank you so much for helping me make some wonderful memories while in Italy!
